I needed a really good deep cleaning in a kitchen to a townhouse that I temporarily rented out. I think we all under estimated the amount of caked on oil around the stove, and sides of the fridge. They cleaned as much as they could, but after they left I went to a janitorial store and bought some stronger degreasers, and industrial scrubbing pads and went over a few of the areas myself. I was able to get a lot more areas cleaned, but I also noticed a few spots that were missed and not cleaned at all on the counters Morgana (I think that's her name) returned a week later to do the bathrooms, and she definitely made up for it. She did an awesome job on all the bathrooms, and she's super sweet. read more

This would've been a 1 star if they hadn't given me a partial refund when I showed them pics of all the dirt I found. Like it wasn't even a case of me being nit picky about missing spots; there was so much dirt around the bathtub that I'm unsure if anything had been cleaned at all. I had requested my room and bathroom to be cleaned since I was just moving in. A team of 2 women showed up promptly and I'd asked if they could vacuum as the last step since I didn't want to wake up my housemate in the living room so early on a Saturday. She assured me that her vacuum was very quiet and it wouldn't be an issue. I would definitely disagree as I heard it loud and clear from the dining room. In under 30 minutes, they were done and I was pleased by how efficient they were. Until the sun came out and the room got a little brighter and I discovered a lot of lint on the carpet. Their vacuum must suck (pun intended) if it couldn't even suck up lint that I easily picked up with my fingers. The area around the sliding doors to my bathtub was pretty much black and hadn't been wiped at all. I'm grossed out just thinking about it. They were indeed much cheaper than quotes from other companies, but honestly they shouldn't be charging anything for the quality of service I received. I had to redo everything myself which entirely defeats the purpose of me spending money to lessen my stress. read more

Communicative, Courteous, Efficient, Effective. I was able to secure a booking with Fabiolla and Raissa with only a few days notice. Their communication via Yelp and confirmation was text was clear and effective, their timing estimate accurate. They arrived on time and did a good job going through room to room, as I (admit I scrambled to) pick up few remaining items from different rooms to make it easier for them to clean. It was very easy to work with this team. Now, one of the things I do not like about cleaning services is when even with good intentions people taking things off shelves to dust.. and then put them back randomly. This was not an issue with Clean Premier. They asked if I wanted them to (asking is good), I said no, so they just cleaned around piles of books, kids stuff etc. Overall, I am pretty satisfied and decided to use them for regular cleaning after a long quest of trying many. It demonstrates what type of a business you are dealing with Do not use them. Bad KARMA. RUN FAST. I was scheduled for 1:30. They asked if they could come early but did not say when. I said ok but since they did not say when I thought they were flexible. I guess not. They arrived at a time that I could not manage them. I asked them to come back at the time they were scheduled. I was on the phone. I opened the door. They walked in. They did not introduce themselves. They did not show a business card. NOTHING. I asked them to wait. I couldn't manage them when I was on the phone. They never told me when they were going to show up. I asked them to come back at the scheduled time. Fabiola and Priscilla came over to clean my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. These women are awesome! They were very meticulous with their cleaning. They wiped my balconies, kitchen and bathroom and vacuum cleaned my carpets, left my apartment spic and span. They also made a paper rose with the toilet paper, it was a sweet surprise when I walked into my bathroom later in the day. I had previously used Handy but this company has a way more reasonable rate and responded right away to my email/text.
