Let me start by saying R&R Steam Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet! The fellas at R&R were able to get out the stains, the smell, the dirt, the dust, the dog hair - the carpet looked and smelled great. Plus, they did it in record time. The *only* issue I had with the company was trying to schedule my appointment. I left a few messages on the machine before anyone ever got back to me days later. I emailed them as well. And even after that, we were playing phone tag with each other until *finally* I was able to talk to someone over the phone - that took almost a week. My guess is that they are incredibly small staffed, and with the Groupon deal that went out, they were overwhelmed. Hopefully in the future they'll get their calls routed over to a cell phone - at least during regular business hours - and especially since they claim to handle 24 hour emergencies. I called R&R Steam Clean and talked to Nathan, he was able to come out in an hours time, in fact he was actually 15 minutes early. He gave me a real reasonable base price and I was able to add a few extra rooms at little charge and was still be well within my budget. I am very impressed and greatful that a place can come to my home at the last minute on a Sunday to steam clean my whole house at a very reasonable rate when everyone else let me down. Needless to say, but R&R Steam Clean is my new regular carpet cleaner now.
