However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

I explained that I wanted a deep cleaning done since the home had collected dust. She worked with me and my schedule and shifted around some other jobs to fit in a quick cleaning for me. Although this wasn't what I originally wanted, it was enough to get the place dusted off since it was unused for sometime. The reason why I say the service is even better, she reached back out to me when she did have time and extra hands. Her team came out about a week later, and performed a very thorough deep cleaning. She arrived on time and sent a message saying that she was on her way before arriving. 3. She said that she used eco friendly products 4. She was very friendly. Cons 1. I didn't notice this until after she left, but She only swept and mopped around the furniture. She did not move any of the furniture around or sweep under furniture. For example, there was still dust and a piece of paper under my bed and I have a platform bed, so it's easy to clean under it. I have a bassinet and crib (both on wheels) in the bedroom, these were not moved and there was still dust under them. I had to sweep the bedroom again after she left. 2. While she was still cleaning, my partner noticed that there was still soap scum on the walls, on the soap dish and the sliding door of the 2 bathtubs. We had to explain that she needed to clean the wall tiles in the bathtub (not the grout), the soap dish and the glass door. I've never had to explain this to someone before. Once we mentioned it she did clean it, but it was odd to need to mention it since it was so obvious! 3. She came alone to clean my 2bd 2 bath apartment. I'm accustomed to a team of two so that the jobs is completed thoroughly. She seemed in a hurry. 4. I also needed to sweep my living room again after she left and although she moped, there was still a stain on the floor that I easily wiped up with a Clorox wipe. Previously, I've paid a similar amount for the same timeframe for two cleaners. I will say that the cleaner was very accommodating, and open to using my own cleaning products and tools. She also agreed to be shoes off in the apartment. The cleaning was decent, but the windowsills in the living room were missed (this was supposed to be included in the service). The bathtub was not as clean as I would like either. Overall it was a decent service but too pricy for one cleaner and the services provided.
