She walked me through what machines would be best for certain loads, how the machines operated so I knew how to use them, and especially her willingness to go the extra mile. When she discovered what stains I was trying to get out, she grabbed some peroxide and showed me how to apply it. I really like how the dryers are directly across from the washers, making it really easy to transfer the wet laundry. They also had a coin machine that I used to change dollars into quarters. And they have free wi-fi. My only complaint is that most of the chairs in the waiting area are in direct sunlight (during the winter), making it a bit unpleasant if there aren't other chairs available. Would be nice if the windows had shades. But I consider that to be just a minor complaint.
