She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I took three Persian rugs to this store for cleaning. Two came out fine, but one was returned with…read moreripples (see picture). I left the rug on the floor for a few weeks hoping the ripples would settle, but they did not. I asked Baseer to take a look and fix the issue, but he denied that the rippling had anything to do with the washing--which is simply not true, as the rug was perfectly fine beforehand. He then charged me an additional $175 to "fix" the rug, but he was unable to do so. The rug still has ripples, and now it is also stretched out of shape (see pictures). When I confronted him about the poor quality of work, instead of taking responsibility, he repeatedly accused me of lying, raised his voice, and even said he never works with people of my background and nationality. This was despite the fact that I had already paid for his poor service and was only voicing a legitimate concern about customer service. To be fair, Baseer's prices are reasonable, but that is probably the only positive thing about his business. Unfortunately, the rug in question had deep sentimental value for us, and now it has been ruined. All he did was accuse me of lying while charging me for services he did not properly deliver. Absolutely terrible customer service. Stay away at all costs.

It all started when Basser answered his work phone at 9pm on a Friday night two weeks ago (I had planned to leave him a message). He took my info and called me back the next morning, as arranged. When Baseer came to my home the following Monday afternoon, we focused on two rugs - a small silk handmade Turkish that was in need of deep cleaning only and a 50-year old, 9'x14' green and ivory Indo-Chinese medallion rug. This rug was severely and unevenly faded, had damage on a small border area due to resting under a heavy upholstered chair, a few 1-inch "pock marks" in ivory areas of the rug, and badly "eaten-up" and uneven fringe. . He worked with me on an approach that would bring the large rug back to life - stunning and "whole' but, per my preference, showing small imperfections of age. And would keep the price in a range I was willing to spend at this point in time. After showing me some interim pictures post-repair, I realized it would be insane not to spend a little more to re-fringe the rug. Both rugs were back on my floors the following Monday afternoon and laid down by Baseer and his lovely wife, Veda. Already, I've gotten several "ooohs and aahs" from the small number of people who have seen the rugs. Baseer left last Monday afternoon with one more rug - a Chinese English Garden woolen runner that hadn't been cleaned since I bought it in 1991/92. The pictures Beseer sent this morning, after it was cleaned, show such bright colors that it almost looks like a different rug. And it also looks new, since he also re-fringed it. In addition to being a delightful individual, Baseer is very knowledgeable and talented (he does some of the detailed color restoration himself). He loves his work, has a sharp and artistic eye, and believes that he does well when his work makes his customers happy. All this at very fair and reasonable prices. What more could I ask for?

The services requested were laundry with mild starch, sometimes placed on hanger or sometimes pressed and folded and placed in a box waiting for pick up. My pants are always pressed with a perfect crease. The value is great here and not over charged. I went to a neighboring cleaners once because I was in a rush, they charged more and the shirt came back dirty. And literally had to show him email receipt of deposit paid. Now I did not pay attention to look at rug until right before delivery of bedroom set. And what do I see? THE RUG IS NOT 100% CLEAN. I was like wtf? I paid $550 for a partially cleaned rug. My rug is a Super Kashan model Ivory. (See pic) you can see difference between top and middle. Top is ivory and looking towards middle it's still dirty. Unreal! Secondly I was not going to waste my time with these idiots. Literally would have no place to keep new queen size bedroom set in one bedroom apartment. And imagine having to move bedroom set breaking my back because a cleaning company can't clean a rug.
