I have been a customer at this car wash for many years, however, my last visit and today were by far the worst car wash experiences ever. About a month ago I took my new car in to be washed and I was very disappointed in the quality of the car wash. First of all, taking the floor mats out to vacuum and placing them on the windshield of the car was not very smart. Small stones could easily hit the windshield. There were streaks of water that left a dirty film on the car doors and hood. The floor mats were washed, and thrown into the car with water all over the backseat. Nothing was wiped down. When I got home I was so disappointed, I decided to call to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was not in and would not return until later in the week. The manager did not return my call.
I figured I would give them a second chance today, but I was disappointed once again. Again, the floor mats were removed from the car for vacuuming and placed on the hood and windshield of the car. When the tires were being cleaned, one of the workers realized he did not put the floor mats in the car and opened the door as the car was going to be washed. The suds poured directly into the backseat driver's door, as he opened it up. How FOOLISH can you be? I saw it happen from inside looking through the car wash window. Two other customers saw what happened and said I should report it as the service has not been good.
After paying, I went to my car and noticed that the workers did not even open the drivers back door to clean the mess. The seats, the back of the driver seat, the floor, and the door pocket wells, were completely filled with suds. When I spoke to the workers and said it needed to be cleaned up, they smiled and laughed at me. I told them it was not funny and I wanted to see the manager. They told me they did not do it. I told them it did not just happen on its own and I wanted to speak with their manager. They walked away so I went back into the store and demanded to see a manager. The girl at the desk said she had to call someone. I told her I needed towels immediately to soak up the sides so it did not damage the interior of the car. When I went back outside, one man was trying to wipe up the car but clearly was smearing the sides everywhere. Finally, a man came who said he was the one who did it, but would not identify himself as the owner. He said it is just suds, and there is nothing to worry about. I told him it is a brand new car and this is an issue. It is also a complete concern that his workers were laughing and mocking me when I told them it needs to be cleaned up. The "owner" was very dismissive and said there really was not a problem. I told him I wanted a refund because the wash was not done properly and I have to clean the back seat up. He said NO. He insisted everything was good. I told him I wasn't pleased with the service and requested a free car wash. He then threw up his hand and walked away.
After years of going to this car wash, this is clearly a new owner and I will not be returning. I can only wonder if I would've been treated differently if I was a male, or even a Hispanic male. Perhaps the workers wouldn't have laughed at me when there was suds everywhere! I highly encourage you to think twice before going to this car wash! I won't be back! read more
