Great service every time I come here. I came to get a routine oil change and got everything checked out. The oil change was done efficiently and quickly. Received a free car wash and noticed they have all new equipment, an entirely new system. New brushes, a number of new machines. Great upgrading guys!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad came here this morning for a car wash and the picture attached are "after the car wash" clearly it wasnt cleaned properly and when he spoke to the manager about it he was very nice and said he should get a refund. the owner on the other hand refused a refund, refused to help my dad with ANYTHING when clearly they didnt clean the car at all. very bad way of running a buisness. dont waste ur money here

I'll just hang Bacon off the Rearview

Clean Way Hand Car Wash is a decent local Car Wash that always does a pretty solid job each time I come here. As the name implies it's a non machine set up where the conveyor moves Your vehicle through while workers wash and rinse by hand under an overhead spray system. I think it's a better setup than the rolling brushes because workers can actually see where your vehicle needs the most attention and deal with scrubbing and washing on a visual basis. It just makes for a better wash imo. They also do a car detailing business here but I can't speak to that portion of this Car Wash as I've never had that done here.

Meant to write this review back in August. I went here and sprung for The Works Super Plus, primarily because I wanted to get dog hairs out of the back carpet and figured why not. Being the top option on their menu outside the complete detailing, you'd figure it would offer quality they could stand by. And you would figure wrong. What they call "super vacuum"... isn't so super. So here's what you do. Go on Amazon, get yourself a shop vac if ya don't ready have one, get yourself a Chemical Guys wash and a wax, maybe a spray bottle of Invisibe Glass, maybe some Turtle Wax for interior, the break out the hose and bucket, and just do it yourself on a weekend. You'll save money and be a lot less disappointed by the results. Just make sure ya spray the underneath especially with the winter road salt and such. So many of these drive through car washes offer mediocre results, meanwhile full detailing is gonna cost you a LOT. So unless you have a high budget, a car fetish, and a car purdy enough to really want it all shiny and whatnot, make the initial investment and get the exercise of doing the occasional wash yourself. Even if you just want a quick solution, you'll probably be less frustrated with the results.

They still do an ok job but a little expensive. Cost $28 with tax for just the outside done. They didn't do the rims or tires. The truck looks good but it's also only has 700 miles on it.

THE SHORT STORY: Terrible experience... THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN PAINT DAMAGE - STAY AWAY! The owner is a total scumbag that would not honor a gift card issued by his store. DETAILED STORY: I was excited to get my car detailed as it needed a good waxing. I made an appointment and dropped off my car at the scheduled time. The cashier asked me if they gave me a price for the exterior only detail. I said, "No, but I have a coupon from your website that says exterior only detail $119.99". They told me it would take about 4 hours so I had my wife drive me home. Upon returning to pick up my car, I went to the office to pay using a $100 gift card (issued by the car wash) and cash for the remainder of the balance. The cashier got the owner since she couldn't figure out how to apply the gift card. The owner came in already angry and told me that she would not accept the gift card since it has been defaced. Defaced? He said I removed the bar code to scan and got even more angry as I explained to him that is the way I received the gift card and it was clearly not tampered with. He then accused me of "bamboozling" him and stated that I cheated him because I told the cashier the price for an exterior detail was $119.99. I explained it was on his website but he insisted that it was a $200 job but honored the $119.99. Angry, I paid for it all in my credit card to simply get my keys back. I left quickly and as I got home I actually looked at my car. THEY DESTROYED THE PAINT ON MY HOOD BY SEVERELY OVER BUFFING MY CAR. I took it to a body shop to determined how this could have happened and the response was simple: negligence. To add insult to injury look at how they cleaned my windows.

It doesnt look like they cleaned it

The car wash roller felt on top of my hood and the owner. Irresponsible management and ownership.

Cleanway Car Wash charges a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. This is excessive since a get only 1% back from my bank.

I live out of town, so, after a little online research, I reached out to Rockaway Service due to their 5-star reviews. When I inquired as to the cost of plugging a slow leak, I was told there was no charge as it was a service they perform for free. I was taken aback. No charge? Naturally, I had my mom drop the car off. Pat and Dan were very nice. A short time later Dan called me to discuss an issue with the sub-frame. My mom's vehicle is a Jeep Compass - subframe rotting out is a well-known and common issue. I was actually already aware of this on my mom's car and had been keeping an eye on it for the last year or so, knowing it would need to be replaced at some point. Dan texted me photos of the current condition with his recommendation that I not put it off any longer. The photos he took while the car was up on the lift showed the rotting had progressed much further than I could see from my vantage point with the vehicle on the ground. I grew up working on cars my entire life: My father was a huge do-it-yourselfer, so I know my way around an automobile. I know if I'm being spoken to honestly or not. I was trying to hold off because it could be a pricey repair, but Dan was correct - I could not put it off any longer. We made arrangements to bring the car back in a week. My mom dropped off her car to get the repair done and they actually drove her to work - unfortunately, the repair took a little longer than expected (as these things sometimes tend to do - it happens) so they picked her up at the end of the day and drove her home! Knowing my mom needed the car (she a senior widow, living alone), Dan stayed late the next night, finishing the repairs and then he personally delivered the car to my mom at her house! Who does that? Both Dan, Pat and even Denise (the woman that answered the phone) were all pleasant and professional. They went above and beyond what I would consider to be "normal" service. My mom is ecstatic about how much better the car drives and I'm very happy with the pricing. I think everyone can agree that it's very difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, and cold-calling one like I did here was a gamble. But it was a gamble that I'm glad to say paid off. I can't say enough good things about the way they treated both my mom and me. I know I tend to be overly wordy sometimes... but this time it's warranted. I just wish I lived closer to them, as, based on this experience, and the way they treated us as a first-time customer, would be very confident having them service my entire families' vehicles. I have no qualms or reservations about recommending them. Thanks, Guys! Brian Dowling

I blew a tire on I-80 and had my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder (160k miles) towed to their shop. What started as a flat tire turned into a much bigger issue, but thanks to their honesty and care, it was handled in the best possible way. Once my car was on the lift, Lenny immediately noticed that my rear subframe was completely rusted, posing a serious safety issue. He took the time to walk me through everything he saw, explaining in detail what was affecting my car's performance. He didn't just point out problems--he provided cost-friendly solutions and created a package that addressed my vehicle's most urgent needs without overwhelming me financially. All four tires needed to be replaced, but when the work was complete, the difference was unbelievable. My car now sits higher in the back, drives smooth, and feels practically brand new. Another shop had quoted me $3,500 more than what Lenny and James were able to manage here. Honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused--this is hands down the place to go. Thank you, James and Lenny, for your outstanding service!
