They seem to be more responsive over email, so that's something to keep in mind. The work took less than an hour, and I couldn't even tell where the ding was, so they did an excellent job! There is a small waiting area with free coffee, and also a clean bathroom. The price was reasonable though my insurance was able to cover it. I'm very happy with the work, and will definitely come back here for future windshield repairs.

That gave me a lot of confidence going in. For my 2013 Chevy Equinox (no sensors), the quote was $375, which was the best I found. When I asked about doing two vehicles at once, they offered $25 off each job, which I really appreciated. I ended up scheduling a second replacement for my 2019 Chevy Bolt EV. That one was quoted at $675 due to the sensors in the windshield--still far below the $1,200-$1,400 I was quoted by dealerships and Safelite AutoGlass. In total, I had two windshields replaced within a week for under $1,000, exactly as quoted, with no surprises. The whole process was smooth--easy scheduling, no hiccups, and quick turnaround. I was in and out within a few hours each time, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. 2 interactions with Safelite Bellevue recently…read more 1st was to replace my windshield and clean the glass from the collision. they did a good job with the windshield replacement, but didn't clean any of the glass as they promised they would. 2nd was a mobile appointment for windshield replacement and calibration for my wife's car. They replaced the windshield and supposedly completed the calibration, but called us later saying there was an error with the calibration and we had to take the vehicle in for calibration. When we asked for a refund for mobile appointment given they didn't do what they were contracted to do and they lied to us, saying there was no extra cost with mobile appointments. After listening to their rep lie we looked it up and there is a $97 charge for mobile services. Stay away from this company. Liars and cheats.

Junior and his employees are superb, had a windshield replaced on my truck and chip repair on car. I walked out paying less for both then it would have cost for one at any "tv" advertised company.
