    I normally take reviews with a grain of salt but after my experience with Factory Finish and the condition they left my vehicle in upon returning it, I felt compelled to caution people before they decide to choose this shop to take care of their repair work, especially if you have a valuable vehicle or value communication about your repairs. I first contacted Roeuth in October 2019 with my initial estimate for my 2002 WS6 Trans Am that had some passenger/front end damage after an accident. My car is rare (only 2000 were made), all original, low miles, always garaged etc, so I was careful selecting a place that had good reviews. Over the phone, Roeuth was confident they could repair everything once they had sourced parts and stated my car would be stored inside once it was disassembled. Fast forward to the end of November and he said they were still waiting for parts, I was patient and chalked it up to GM's strike. Moving into December, they take my vehicle in and partially disassemble the passenger side leaving a large open area where they took off the side mirror. They discovered that they would need additional parts and that all parts were discontinued, which is a no brainer because it's an older vehicle and it's typical to require used parts, but he seemed apprehensive locating them. I called several times to try to speak with Roeth after insurance encouraged me to total it out because that's what Factory Finish recommended, Factory Finish appeared concerned about the necessary repairs and they sounded weary of how long it would take to locate parts and complete the repairs. Every time I called in, Roeuth was unavailable or busy (I have call records) and keep in mind, I initiated all contact with the shop, they did not reach out to me updates. I ultimately get Roeuth on the phone and he says they are not comfortable working on my car because they do not want to use recycled parts or warrantee the work. This is disheartening after spending so much time in limbo, but I figured maybe they were just a small shop and took on too many projects at once. Insurance states that if I can find a shop that has the time and resources to source parts, they will approve any necessary supplements. I find another shop that is competent in working on older cars that require used parts, and insurance has my car towed from Factory Finish to the new shop on January 16th 2020. I have included photos of the condition Factory Finish left my car in and it is evident that it had been stored outside improperly for the majority of the time it was in their care...I'm assuming they figured it was going to be a total loss so why bother, as both Roeuth and Alex encouraged me to total it out. The entire interior from front to back of the trunk was coated with green mold and all of the floor boards were damp with water. I had to throw away all my personal belongings that were left in the car because they were so moldy. The parts they took off the vehicle were stored haphazardly on the back leather seats and created deep creases on previously untouched leather. The tires all had flat spots from sitting in one place for too long, and the battery was dead too (I had just purchased a new battery in the spring of 2019). The engine had corrosion it never had before. I called Factory Finish, and once again Roeuth was busy. I called again and the he wasn't in the shop that day. Roeuth returns my call February 12th and states that car was stored outside uncovered during business hours (7:30am - 4:00pm) with a sheet of plastic over the opening, and then pulled in the shop at night with the windows left down while they had it i their care. If you're from the Pacific Northwest, you know these are ripe conditions for creating an environment for mold to flourish, especially when water is coming in around the plastic and you can see condensation under the plastic. All in all, Factory Finish left my car in poor shape and were careless with my car and the parts associated with it (I'm still trying to locate the front bumper they removed and Roeuth delivered the parts to the new shop in a BUCKET, unlabeled - very careless), and now we will be spending a lot of time and money on trying to fix the mold problem with extensive detailing and and will most likely need to replace the bucket seats in the back from the damage they caused. I requested to speak with the owner but haven't received any communication from them. Tough lesson learned, be careful if this is the shop you're researching.

    Hopefully I won't be back and my car won't get hit again but if it does, this is my place. I feel like I was treated fairly and my car was really back to Factory finish. At least one side! They communicated to me the status of my car, they even had it done early. They washed and vacuumed it and I drove off happy.

    My brand new car was hit while parked and the back bumper was dented and cracked. I went to Factory Finish since they are part of the Geico express service and offer a lifetime warranty. From the beginning they were super nice, understanding and courteous. Roecth was very helpful and the whole team communicated with me while my car was in the shop. I had my car back looking brand new (with a car wash) that same week. A huge thank you to them!

    They took such great care of me and made my car look BRAND NEW also vacuumed it I believe as well. Truly went above and beyond no wonder they have all 5 star reviews!

    Car door fixed. So happy to have my car back in one piece!

I called many times, and finally someone picked up the call and told me to email some photos. On the phone, he also mentioned that the schedule was like at least two months ahead. I was willing to wait, so I emailed the photos. Since then, despite many follow-ups by emails and calls, no response from them at all. I had to give up and turned to other auto body shops for help. This year, my teenage son drive my car and rear ended someone else, so insurance company referred this place to me as it's the closest one to my house. Although I could find my own body shop and get the reimbursement later, I decided not to deal with the insurance company directly to save some work. Therefore, I finally gave this place a try. This time, with some heads-up from the insurance company to the business, someone picked up the phone call right away and already had all my vehicle and insurance information. I was able to get an appointment within a week for an estimate. The estimated price was a bit higher than I had expected, but with insurance company's scrutiny, the price came down. After the estimate was approved by the insurance company, they were able to schedule me for the repair in two weeks. In fact, this happened just right after the big power outage that caused delays, so it was much faster than I had expected. It took about more than two weeks to complete due to some delay in the parts, which I could totally understand and wouldn't complain. In the middle of repair, they found other issues not covered under the insurance and notified me immediately. The price was a bit high, so with some negotiation, they were willing to work with me to honor a lower rate, which I appreciated very much. Throughout the entire process, Sergey did a great job in communication. When I went to pick up my car, I saw a beautiful work done on my car. Plus, they did a car wash, not only exterior but also interior. I felt like getting a new vehicle after the repair. I would definitely recommend this place. And if your insurance company works with them, this would be your first choice for sure!

I slipped on some black ice on my way to work and crashed into a street sign right after a massive windstorm in November that caused significant damages to homes and power outages in our region. I had called over a dozen auto body shops, but everyone was full and said they couldn't even give me an estimate until February. A lot of them were also rude on the phone. I understand that they were probably overwhelmed, but it made Sergio's friendliness that much more meaningful when he answered my call. He said I could bring the car in that afternoon, which was an incredible relief after a very frustrating and stressful day talking to so many grumpy people. Sergio was so responsive, efficient, and cost reasonable, too. When I went to pick up the car (about a week later!), I was very impressed by their workmanship, but they had also cleaned and polished both the exterior and interior of the car that had mud and dirt and 2 dogs worth of Siberian husky fur. He had a little mishap with ordering a new headlight for me, and because it cost a little more than what he had quoted me originally, he reduced my final bill by a bit. So generous. He also let me know that I could leave my rental car at his shop, and that saved me a HUGE amount of time and stress. I recommend Bellevue Collision Center wholeheartedly. They are above and beyond what you would expect, and I will be sending everyone there.

    I have had two of my vehicles repaired here and both times I have been disappointed. Don't pay them…read moreuntil everything is 100% right or they will blow you off. Most recently, they had an issue getting a part (piece of trim) from Hyundai. They told me they tried ordering it several times and each time, there had been a defect with the part. In order to not prolong the repair, they attached one of the semi defective parts to the car and let me take it home while they waited for Hyundai to send them one that wasn't damaged and then I could come back and they would swap out the part in about 20 min while I wait. It's been over a month and a half and no one has reached out to me despite me calling and leaving messages. I am now getting my insurance company involved again. When I came into to pick up the car, I also noticed some white paint drops on my black trim and they had trouble removing it and smeared it into the trim even more. They told me they would take care of it when the part came in and I brought it back, but here we are 1.5 months later and I still have the smear on my car. The previous time I had my car serviced there, after completing the repair, a customer of theirs opened their car door into mine which was freshly painted. They needed to repaint the door that was affected and keep the car for another few days. They promised that they would take care of everything including the rental car which insurance would no longer pay for since they had already reported the car as fixed. But again, they fell short, refused to return my calls and I was left with a $170 rental car bill that they still haven't paid.

I had to argue for an HOUR to get half that money back. - They recommended an oil change service I didn't need (I had just changed it myself the previous week). - Worst of all, a very rude snarky condescending front desk guy. Long version: Took it in for a trunk water leak. We showed them where the water trail was as far as we could see. Apparently, they don't listen cause when I got it back and tested it, leak was still there. All they did was clean out the most common cause of leaks (clogged sunroof drain valve) and called it good. I doubt they tried to diagnose before and test afterwards to minimize how much time they spend on it. They didn't even bother spending the time to vacuum all the sunroof debris that dropped onto the car seats. We had to brush that off ourselves before sitting down. Took it back to them and we did this 2 more times but they still weren't able to fix the requested leak. I asked for a refund and spent an HOUR arguing with the front desk guy that it's unfair I pay $600 and the original leak I showed them still occurs. Not to mention the collosal waste of time for 2 people to make 6 trips to drop off and pick the car up. The rude guy working the front desk finally agreed to give half the money back. The worst part about the whole experience was the snarky condescening guy who works the front desk. My first interaction with him was when I picked up the car the first time: "I'm here to pick up the civic with the leak". His response was a snarky "Well we have lots of civics..." He could've been professional and just asked "What's the name under?" His attitude worsened when I asked too many questions about why he had recommended an oil change I didn't need (I had just changed it myself and it was the first time driving it afterwards). That happened the first time we picked up the card. And during the 1 hour argument that happened on the 3rd time picking up the car, he's yelling and interrupting me and halfway through the hour puts on a calm professional voice once another customer walks in the room. This business could use a better person to represent themselves to their customers.
