"Don't tell anyone I said this, but it is a quick and easy repair. We almost never charge for it. No need for an appointment; just drive up and we'll get it fixed." Marvelous. I am in the same boat as Jason H. and really not happy with the service…read more I used Issaquah Mobile in early March and afterward discovered that the windshield was not completely sealed all the way around, so it has an air leak that sounds like the vent fan is in on high when it is not. I called John a couple of times to have it fixed. The first time he did not answer, so I left a message and asked him to call me. I received no call back. The second time he answered, but he said he was out of town and that he'd call me when he got back to town and set up a time to fix it. I never heard from him again after that. John seemed nice enough in general, but he was disorganized and unprofessional in his business, which obviously includes communication and following up with his customers. He showed up to replace my windshield with his two dogs along for the ride and the job itself, which - as stated - wasn't even done correctly, took a while to complete in comparison to other companies I've used for windshield repair or replacement previously. The bottom line is you might be OK IF he gets the job done right in the first place, but don't count on any follow up or warranty service. He obviously doesn't care to make sure his customers are satisfied and correct any issues after he's been paid. I will not be using him again or recommending him to anyone.
