On Monday late afternoon January 20,2020 I was parked in front of this business waiting for my niece who was at a different establishment in the strip mall. There was a lady behind the counter and an elderly woman wearing a yellow jacket inside this store. The elderly woman left her wallet on the counter while she went out to her car. The lady behind the counter carefully watched the woman walk out, leaned over the counter to make sure the elderly woman was busy in her car, quickly grabbed the woman's wallet, took the elderly lady's cash out, checked again to make sure the elderly woman was not watching, and put the wallet back where the elderly lady left it. I told the old lady what I saw happen. She confronted the women and she denied the whole thing. Absolutely horrible!!!!! read more

Frank Parvin has gone above and beyond to help me with my hearing aid that I purchased through CVS at their hearing aid center in Mission Viejo, in January of this year. While putting them in my ear the left piece on the back of the hearing aid broke off. This shouldn't of happened. Unfortunately, in March CVS closed there hearing aid center. My dad is a 91 year old WW II veteran and gets his hearing aids from the VA. It is a trip over to VA in Long Beach so when we just needed to get them cleaned and evaluated it was easier for me to take them to Clear Choice. I dropped them off in the morning and came back to pick them up at 4. All done when I got there. The assistant showed me what was done and also that there are some hardly visible cracks in the shell. She suggested we show them to VA for repair or replacement. They replaced the filters and put new batteries in them plus they have me a self cleaning kit. If they told me this was a $75 bill I would have happily paid it. Guess what? No charge! They said it was a pleasure to help a veteran. Wow! They won't be able to sell him hearing aids but when my time comes (not that far off), I know I'll be coming back. Polite, friendly and professional. Great example of excellent customer service.
