My experience here was TERRIBLE! Took my car in to get tinted & I started noticing air bubbles in my car. I contacted Caleb asking for repairs to my tint because of the poor quality job. Over the phone he insisted it's normal to have small air bubbles (that already is a RED FLAG, can't take accountability & doing a basic google search you'll find that having several air bubbles shows poor quality/work in tint) I told him no, this tint job looked poorly done. He had me go back & get it redone. I went back for the 2nd time only to have a RUSHED repair job done. They had someone booked right after me, so they tried rushing me out of there. The employee only redid both back windows & I asked for my front window too, so he had his employee rush & do the front window, which he got done in 10 min just to get me out of there. Once I got home & fully inspected the windows, I noticed how horrible the tint job was. I drove an hour of traffic, only to come back home with my tint even WORSE than I initially had it. I called him a few days later emphasizing my frustration with the RUSHED repair job & not ONCE could he apologize or take any accountability. Just talked down on me saying this is the first time he gets complaints (sure Caleb! I can see your reviews, looks like I'm not the only one that's had issues with their tint job, you're a complete joke). Told me it's MY fault it came out WORSE! Saying it's expected to come out worse when going in for a repair. If you run a business, do NOT blame your customers, we're paying for your service, & we're not the ones doing the tint job ourselves, so I am NOT to blame here. Caleb, you really think I want to waste my time & my energy & go back a 3RD TIME, only to encounter your horrific presence. I just care if I'm spending $$, I want it done right! I had to take it in a 3RD time, he booked me at 12pm. I arrive at that time & he didn't get to my car until 12:40ish pm out of spite (I've provided proof)! Unprofessional & petty. As I was discussing my issues with the rushed tint repair job, he got extremely defensive & started YELLING at me. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR from you Caleb! You should be embarrassed. You're just displaying your white privilege, extremely unethical & disturbing. There were also onlookers obviously disgusted by his behavior too. He couldn't look me in the eyes as he was verbally abusing me. He displayed anger & attitude just because I tried telling him NOT to rush the job the 3rd time. I don't want to have to go back AGAIN for the same quality issues. He continued yelling at me, saying I'm not going to be satisfied if I keep wanting it repaired. First of all, your website states "100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" & "LIFETIME WARRANTY" & when I initially got my tint done, you stated if there are any issues to feel free to give you a call. Oh please, you are just about business & not about the quality or customer service. Caleb was very disturbed that I wanted to go back to get the job done right because it means he is losing $$. Caleb, it gives me GREAT PLEASURE that I get to post my experience & hopefully turn several customers away from your business. I know that's how I found you. I know lots of customers check reviews before putting their trust in a business. Anyone reading this, do your business elsewhere & call other shops. Caleb is ARROGANT, SEXIST, & DEMEANING. Do NOT give this man your $$ or your time. Caleb, you left me shaking & traumatized over your verbal harassment. And please don't respond with "I treat my customers with respect." No customer would go out of their way, write an in-depth lengthy review, provide pictures/evidence, unless they experienced something SO HORRIFIC & ABSOLUTELY TRAUMATIZING as I did to hopefully help someone else avoid the same experience. Don't come to this shop because your car runs the risk of coming out with poor quality marks, scuffs, & air bubbles in the tint & Caleb doesn't stand by what his site promises. I had also tried asking to get my tint removed & get my full refund so I can take my loss (travel, time, & gas) & take my business elsewhere, but he denied that. So don't believe in his 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Worst of all, after the 3RD ATTEMPT, the tint job is still HORRIBLE! I am STILL left with similar scuffs & air bubbles throughout ALL my windows. I spent $230, took 3 trips out to his tint shop, endured his demeaning harassment, only to STILL be left with horrible DEFECTIVE window tint on ALL my windows. I've got the WORST tint job possible. Caleb, no one is projecting any issues on you, I don't even know you. I just know my experience with you & will speak my truth & the pictures also speak for themselves & I'll be including SEVERAL:). Caleb, I also hope you resolve whatever is truly bothering you & you learn from this & speak to your paying customers with actual respect or your reviews will lead more customers away & hopefully help the next tint shop that is MORE DESERVING than you on yelp:) read more

So I called Caleb with Clear Choice late in the day on a Friday. My Lexus Windshield was broke and I needed to get my windows tinted. So thankfully they were able to get me in the same exact day for both services surprisingly. When I got to the shop they informed me that my insurance thru Allstate would possibly cover the Replacement if I payed the deductible. Long story short my deductible is only 100.00 dollars. So that right there saved me close to 400.00 dollars. I'm grateful they recommended that to me. I planned on having to pay for it all out of pocket. :) So all work both Tinting and new Windshield look great. Andrew and victor did a excellent job. Clear Choice is the place to call. Responsive, fast, efficient, and shows up within promised time frame...plus NO travel charge for onsite service. Rates were better than Safelite, who cancelled my onsite appointment, had me go into their shop the next day just to tell me they dont have the right windshield for me, so they had to order my windshield which would have taken a week. Safelite takes 2hrs to do one install . I found Clear Choice on Google, called them at 12pm, Caleb asked for VIN, pic of rear view mirror, got quote back with 5 min. I liked his price, he told me tech can be at my place between 1pm-2pm. Techs showed up at 1:30 with, wasted no time. The two of them finished and left with 45min time...WOW thats efficient!!! Called 3 other Auto Glass companies. My windshield had a bad crack in it. I have Allstate insurance. I asked Caleb if Allstate insurance will cover my windshield and he said yes they do. But i just have to pay my deductible which is 100.00 I wasn't aware of that. Im glad they brought this to my attention because my windshield replacement was gonna run me around 600.00 dollars so it save d me about 500.00 dollars. Caleb scheduled me in for that same day for my Bmw 7 series. A gentleman named victor came and did a professional and clean job. It only took around 45 minutes. Glad i came across this establishment. I reached out this Clear Choice Windshield Repair after my front passenger window was broken into in the middle of the night. Even though it was a Sunday I quickly received a quote via yelp and scheduled the replacement for Monday. The price was great and they came to me at no additional cost. From the first message giving me the quote to the final moments of window replacement these guys were top notch professional. I was irritated and stressed because of the burglary and felt violated for someone having broken my window. My windshield had a huge crack that spread across my entire windshield and was the worst eye sore! I called around to a couple of places that were trying to charge me around $600. When I found this place I was really about to give up. They quoted me $350 and came to me the next day. Not only did I give incorrect info on my car which resulted in the wrong windshield being brought but Luis guaranteed me he would get my windshield fixed today despite my error. He left from my house drove 30 mins to their warehouse and got the correct windshield... he actually upgraded it for me. Luis did an amazing job and completely saved the day! I had my windshield replaced by them at there Corona location. But took my truck to the Riverside location to get my Cadillac tinted. A friend told me about them. Steven the installer explained the different tint shade options very clearly and was a big help with guiding me thru the whole process. I ended up upgrading to a higher quality ceramic Tint. It blocks a lot more heat out then there basic tint. Great quality. Also came with a Lifetime Warranty on the installation. And gave me a Free Carwash at the end. Guy on the phone was knowledgeable had me take a few pictures was able to call me back with an estimate within a half hour & scheduled install for the following day.
