Understanding the circumstance, but also willing to wait for the right team, I responded and asked the business to let me know if that changed in the future, as we have several projects in our home and are hoping to bring the same team aboard for all of them. I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.

Not only were these Windows America the best price, they looked after us in ALL aspects of the installation process. We have seen a significant reduction in our electric and gas bills! Our home now has a BETTER UV protection in the windows for protecting our cabinets, floors and wooden furniture. They also have the bottom up/top down locking windows (for a comfortable breeze), which was an up charge at the other two companies that had quoted on the replacement windows!
