Pulled up to the rear of the building; the surrounding area/lot was clean and well-kept. They had big signage with the price packages. The crew was friendly, I told him which package I wanted and he quickly gave me my slip (to pay the cashier in the lobby which is towards the front of the building) and he got started cleaning the tires and vacuuming. Their process is flawless! The interior was clean, nicely organized/set up, had signage with different package price points, and it is stocked well with various accessories. They have another section that looks to handle the full-service/high-end auto detail. They offer a 10% military discount, don't forget to ask at the register. The gentleman working the register may have been the owner; he was helpful and friendly. The service was great and my weekend can only get better with a nice clean and fresh-scented ride! They would roll down the windows to wipe the edges, use leather products to make the seats shine, and the car would smell amazing afterwards from all the cleaning products they used. The last couple of times I've been here, I've been unhappy with the team's wiping down post car wash. A spot here or there, but it wasn't the end of the world. I just came back to my house now, and it doesn't smell like a single cleaning product was used in the car (mind you I work from home and barely use my car so it's not like it's a horrendously messy car). Before, my car would have that awesome fresh fabric/fresh car smell. There are loads of areas where they didn't wipe, smudges on the windows, and my seats weren't even wiped down. I'm so disappointed. I even stood there for a few minutes clearly looking at the car and inspecting and no one came over to see if there was a problem. They did the bare minimum and I paid almost 40 dollars for the top package they have. I'm really sad because this place was amazing.
