Was in the area and needed to get a speedy wash and vacuum for my ride before enjoying the weather and open roads this weekend. So, I trusted Yelp's suggestion and found this nearby establishment. It didn't have any reviews, but the photos uploaded by the business owner were good enough to give it a try. Pulled up to the rear of the building; the surrounding area/lot was clean and well-kept. They had big signage with the price packages. The crew was friendly, I told him which package I wanted and he quickly gave me my slip (to pay the cashier in the lobby which is towards the front of the building) and he got started cleaning the tires and vacuuming. Their process is flawless! The interior was clean, nicely organized/set up, had signage with different package price points, and it is stocked well with various accessories. They have another section that looks to handle the full-service/high-end auto detail. They offer a 10% military discount, don't forget to ask at the register. The gentleman working the register may have been the owner; he was helpful and friendly. The service was great and my weekend can only get better with a nice clean and fresh-scented ride! I will definitely be returning more often when I am in the area. read more

So this is $39.99 for a clean and it my car came out with dog hair everywhere, door jams caked with mud. My interior cup holder wasn't touched and dirt on the outside that had to be cleaned again. Simply awful. read more

I have been going to this car wash for a couple of years, and the overall service has definitely degraded over time and the cost has obviously risen. I went today for a car wash and purchased the classic package, which is an interior and exterior clean. The interior dashboard Still has pollen residue because they didn't actually wipe the entire thing down and there are other areas that were definitely not cleaned. The windshield is still covered with bug remnants. The bug splatter on the windshield is so bad that it actually feels like the car wasn't washed. For $28 I would expect better results. Had I not sat for 30 minutes waiting for my car to go in the wash and then waiting for it to come out I would have complained, but I didn't have enough time. read more

Not the worst car wash I've been too, exterior looks fine however the interior was sub par tbh. I'll admit my car wasn't exactly the cleanest in the world but that's why I paid for the 1st package which is supposed to be the best. However there were still 2 cans left over on the passenger side as well as grime etc. Still there. Honestly can't say I'd recommend. read more

I came to this car wash a few weeks ago and the equipment or something took the paint off my car along with a couple of scratches. I was advised to fill out a form for the owner to get in contact with me. I called a week and a half later and was told they submitted the form to the owner but he hasn't responded -- the front desk person said he would call me as soon as they hear from him. It's going on a month now and still haven't heard from the owner. This is not how you treat your customers. It's as if they don't want to admit fault but if they checked the cameras, my car went in fine and came out with some scratches and paint missing. Unbelievable. Do better. I will not recommend this business to anyone that cares about their car because clearly they don't. read more

I had my car detailed inside. It was not a true detail but more like a glorified vacuum job. The seats were still dirty and the side doors still had dirt on them. If you're looking for a true detail job, don't go here. read more

Took my vehicle to get washed on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, once I got there wasn't to long of a wait, told first guy what package I wanted (#2) right before their premium package, the second group of crew members clean the mats and vacuum inside, also spray with pressure washers, one guy didn't get to really do a good job on driver side, during payment process it was quick and easy but after seeing what was charged from bank account later in day, it almost came out to premium package. Listed price was $31.99+ tax but when I seen statement today it charged $41, a little pricey for sub par car wash, the crew members outside are understaff for the volume they get on a weekend, one guy drives vehicle to spot, takes out the package you get, once they get to vehicle they aren't sure if it gets the tire shine or not, they said vehicle was ready and I had to tell the crew member that I paid for the tire shine, they took care of it but should've been done. As later in the day I noticed they did not even clean back window or do a good job with my windshield. I had to clean it myself. At that point I should've just washed my vehicle myself and saved my time and money. I was not happy with their service and will not recommend this place nor be bringing back my vehicle to get washed here. I advise customers to do a quick check and make sure this doesn't happen to you and you get what you pay for. read more

Cracked windshield and received a response from the owner that was a complete crock. Told me I was contacted several times,, lie.. I called no less than 10 times and have yet to receive a return call. I have yet to see the video where the claim is windshield was cracked prior to service. I guess the owner figures hundreds of cars drive on route 46 so losing one customer doesn't matter. Terrible business. Terrible owner. Will never recommend this business to anyone.
