My car smelled brand new even after a road trip with four people and a dog. They would roll down the windows to wipe the edges, use leather products to make the seats shine, and the car would smell amazing afterwards from all the cleaning products they used. They were awesome - but something seemed to happen with them after the pandemic. The quality of the work has gone down. The last couple of times I've been here, I've been unhappy with the team's wiping down post car wash. A spot here or there, but it wasn't the end of the world. I just came back to my house now, and it doesn't smell like a single cleaning product was used in the car (mind you I work from home and barely use my car so it's not like it's a horrendously messy car). Before, my car would have that awesome fresh fabric/fresh car smell. There are loads of areas where they didn't wipe, smudges on the windows, and my seats weren't even wiped down. I'm so disappointed. I even stood there for a few minutes clearly looking at the car and inspecting and no one came over to see if there was a problem. They did the bare minimum and I paid almost 40 dollars for the top package they have. I'm really sad because this place was amazing.
