The most disturbing part: their billing records incorrectly indicated that I had breast cancer. I was never informed that I had breast cancer because I do not have breast cancer. This error has had real consequences, including insurance denial, and caused an enormous amount of unnecessary stress and fear. Every time I call, it's the same story--records are missing, lost, or incorrect. I am repeatedly asked to resubmit information I've already provided. There is no ownership, no follow-through, and no accountability. Each call feels like starting over from scratch. The level of incompetence is staggering, especially for a healthcare provider handling sensitive medical records and billing. This situation has been emotionally exhausting and completely avoidable with basic accuracy and care. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you value accurate medical records, proper billing, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Solis Mammography.

A front desk woman came to my chair in the waiting room to finish my check in which was very nice! It seemed that people who got there way after me were seen before me but it could be because of what they were being seen for, so it is what it is. I was seen 25 minutes after my arrival. I quickly changed and waited for my turn for the x ray. It was another 20 minutes total until I was seen for the x-ray... I was sweating because now I would be late for another 3pm appointment. The x ray itself went pretty fast and smoothly. All team members I encountered were very kind, I just got flustered with the extra wait times. They are incredibly prompt (much appreciated since I'm normally fasting and HANGRY when I arrive.) The best thing for me is that these folks know what they are doing. I have tiny veins and they never struggle with the draw. Results are typically done within two days and if you sign up for their portal, you'll get an alert when it's ready. Bonus is there is a Starbucks in the Safeway too so you can go straight to breakfast!!

Instead they want you to come to a makeshift office where they don't even acknowledge you for 15 min (even though you have an appt!!). When the staff finally came to help me sign the paperwork she appeared rushed and confused and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I really should have walked out at that point because I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get paid. She rushed thru the consent, told me nothing about the study and failed to provide me copies of what I had signed. Fast Forward to the third visit. They sent me home because I forgot the journal. That was on me, but they could have easily let me fill out another one. I was able to come back and I did finish the study, but I will never return to this location. The staff failed to communicate important things along the way. They said I would get paid, but never mentioned when. I'm guessing I won't get paid and this is just another scam..
