Excellent service like this is rare these days. From my first call to the company I was greeted w/ a friendly and helpful soul, Summer. Then when Fabio came out it was very apparent that he was taught his craft correctly from the beginning and he actually CARES about his customers and their products. He actually gives customers safety tips on appliances that he may not even be working on at the moment. He is patient and does not make you feel like a 'number.'
