I honestly don't even know all the treatments she included, but I know it was one of the most relaxing and thorough facials I've ever had. She incorporated facial steaming, red light therapy, a peel, extractions (the most I've ever had), and what I believe was micro-channeling. She also finished with an amazing face, neck, and upper body massage that nearly put me to sleep. Showed up at the date/time but was told they did not have it in their system. They seem to be really booked up, so make sure you get a confirmation text, and can prove you scheduled for that time. After about a week longer, I was able to get an appointment and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. The esthetician explained the process and asked me questions about my skin, and if I get claustrophobic, which I do. Because of that, she switched up what she was going to do. Apparently one of the treatments is a jelly-like mask that covers your whole face and some people experience anxiety as a result. So, she did something else. I felt glowy and relaxed when I left. They do try to upsell every client, which I'm not a fan of, but they were not super pushy about it. I would go back again.

I was taken back by the Esthetician, Johanna, who explained the process before, during and after my facial to ensure I had the best routine specific to my skin. The Korean facial is a multi-step skincare treatment that gently focuses on deep hydration while repairing your skin's barrier. The goal is healthy skin with a vibrant, "glass skin" glow which is known as the Korean facial. There was several steps to this facial which is specific to your skin and needs, but generally it consists of deep cleaning, gentle exfoliation, a hydrating mask, serums, massage, and then LED therapy. I walked away completely relaxed with my face feeling and looking like a baby's bottom. I highly recommend Johanna when you schedule.
