I was using my home warranty program, so JL Mechanical was assigned to me as their vendor. I had a new furnace installed and JL Mechanical kept me updated with the date of service plus text messages to remind me and give me a link to track my installation team members. They also email you a snapshot of those who will be doing the installation work. Robert was my guy and he was intelligent, patient, friendly, and answered all my questions. In fact, I've had repairs and installations done in my house before but the entire work area and my house was completely CLEANED UP when they were done. (I can't say the same about Comcast when they drill a hole in your wall) Everything is working great - it's been a few days now and I have HEAT - in fact, the new furnace is even quieter than the previous one and I can't even tell it's running. Installation was done without a hitch, communication was excellent. Have used the furnace, so much more quieter than old one. Have not used AC other that the 10 minutes or so they ran it to test it.
