No one came back so we gave them another try a month later. The new guy showed up and what a pigpen of a truck. He worked for a while and then informed us he had another job to go to and never came back. After another month we called someone else. Turns out the threads on one of our condenser valves was stripped and now we are stuck with the cost of the repair.

Called the company and canceled my upcoming appointment to inspect my HVAC system. Explained my dissatisfaction with the crazy quote for a simple plumbing repair as reason. Nearly 2 months later received a $99 invoice for task of "Diagnostic". On invoice it states "Refused to sign and refused to pay diagnostic" I did not refuse to pay or sign as I was never asked. My advice, run from this company.

The technician gathered information about our home and then quoted me with a price that I thought was very reasonable. Within days 2 installers came to our home and replaced everything from the compressor outside to the coil in the furnace. They were very polite and did a professional installation. I have said it before I will say it again THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
