Unfriendly and careless, I am switching to a better "attention to detail" pool cleaner.

It's clear they take pride in their work and really care about their customers. Their approach is also very reasonable. They don't try to upsell unnecessary services and are upfront and honest about what actually needs to be done. Pricing is fair, especially considering the quality and reliability of the service. Overall, dependable, professional, and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy pool service. Taz V.

A lot of great reviews here so I was encouraged. I reached out to Ray to ask questions about the…read moreservices he performs. My take after our brief conversation is that he has enough business right now and is picky about new business. He told in a pretty quick manner on the phone that he wasn't interested in servicing my pool when I told him I have a Caretaker floor sweep system and don't have a "traditional" pool sweep. And my request was just for chemical service, cleaning skimmer and pump basket, and semi annual filter cleaning and was NOT for pool vacuuming or netting service. I'm still taken back at how quickly the conversation ended with a "I"m not interested." Wow. As a long time pool owner this is something I've never experienced before when calling to get pool service quotes.

Their service is fine, but their professionalism is where they fall apart--they don't have any. But the kicker came today, when Mike called me. Now, I've moved out of the house and turned the account over to my ex-wife. Within 30 seconds of my answering the phone, Mike said, and I quote, "I think she's batsh*t insane or something." I immediately told him to f*ck off and hung up--we may be divorced, but that level of misogynistic BS is inappropriate even if I didn't still call her a friend. And he should have never called me in the first place--he knew I'd moved out and have nothing to do with the house anymore. Further, he claimed to her that he had told me "many times" that the filters needed replacing because "you have to replace them every three years." I last replaced them in May of 2022. From May 2025 to November 2025 he never said anything about it. ETA: interesting that Dave is worried about my review but only addresses the least important part. Also notice his scare quotes, denoting insulting attitude. What about the fact your men didn't properly lock the filter lid on on several different service dates? What about your employee's incredibly unprofessional phone call? And for the record, I'm not saying you missed a lot of days, but suction pressure isn't filling a filter basket to the brim. Pull the other one. You have mostly good reviews. You can handle a few bad ones, and until you admit to your employee's unprofessional behavior, I'm leaving this here.

I had been using Dynamic Pools for regular pool maintenance since September 2023 and had never…read moreexperienced any issues with the technician who serviced my pool. For over two and a half years, routine visits went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Edward, when a problem occurred completely changed my opinion of the company. During a recent service visit, the technician used a hose to clean the pool filter. This same hose had been used during previous visits without any issues. However, when he went to turn the water on, the handle broke with light pressure. Edward later came to my home to try to fix the issue himself but was unable to repair it. At that point he suggested that I either call a plumber or use his handyman. His handyman also told me that the repair cost would be covered. Because the water to my house had to be shut off for the entire day, I needed the problem resolved as soon as possible. A plumbing company was able to come sooner than the handyman, so I had them complete the repair. The total cost ended up being about $500. When I sent the invoice to Edward, his response was immediately defensive. He stated that he was not going to pay for the repair and began bringing up unrelated examples instead of addressing what had actually happened. In an effort to resolve the situation fairly, I even offered to split the repair cost with him, but he refused that as well. Edward repeatedly claimed the handle broke because it was plastic and "bound to break eventually." However, this same hose had been used during past service visits without issue, and I had never been told that the part was fragile or at risk of breaking. If a component used during routine service is known to be fragile or near failure, that would be important information to communicate to a homeowner before it breaks during service. Mistakes can happen in any service industry. What matters is how they are handled. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the situation was dismissed and no responsibility was taken. After being a loyal customer since September 2023, it was disappointing to see how quickly the tone changed when a problem occurred. When you hire a professional service company, you expect them to stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Situations like this are important for homeowners to be aware of, because they show how issues may be handled if something goes wrong during a service visit. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be finding a different pool service moving forward.

I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change! All in all, great service since even before starting service and could not be happier with the service since then. Looking forward to some warmer days to start jumping back in!
