I didn't want to turn it in to insurance as I raised deductible on her car since it's 235,000 miles on her 2010 Honda Accord. We set it up for the next day and the appointment window was between 8-12pm. (Not too pleased with a 4 hour window, but what the heck. It needed fixed) Laurel said a tech would call before they headed over. I waited... waited... no call. Finally at 11:55am I decided to call Laurel myself to ask where the tech is and to let her know no one has called me yet and it's been 4 hours! I was a bit irritated since they didn't stay in touch-as they said. She informed me the tech would be here in 15 minutes. The tech called me from his cell and said he was able to be at my house in 10 minutes. Sure enough, he pulled up within 5 minutes. Super nice tech. He set up and had the chip fixed in less than 10 minutes, if that! I called the next day to pay over the phone to Laurel. $50. Done! I would normally only give 2 stars due to the long wait, but the tech was so nice, and so was Laurel the office manager. They deserve 5 stars and a I highly recommend Auto Glass Express! Use them!! Excellent business! Excellent people! Excellent Chip isn't looking too good. 6 months later looks the same as before oh well...

Anyway, I called to check out their prices, filed a claim the same night and they were at my apartment the next day replacing my windshield. The molding on my windshield and rooftop became unsecure and they fixed that as well. It was slightly inconvenient not being able to drive my vehicle for the hour after they completed work, but that's just a part of the work that was done. I did not want to comprise the integrity of their work. Quick, friendly and mobile! Everything a busy girl like myself needs. One note: don't be alarmed that Alan may not be the person who comes to do your windshield, but he is the person you'll likely encounter when scheduling and handing insurance information. Not that it is a problem, but he runs the main shop in Auburn with the paperwork and such, and his technicians at local office in Yuba City takes care of you :)

They helped me step by step thru the process. Got me in touch with the window guy in their same complex and tinted and installed it pretty fast. 2- my new complete audio and alarm system i had installed a year ago in Sac thru a different shop that closed, had a viper alarm issue that prevented my car from starting. Jay, got in the and resolved the issue immediately. Discovered the harness was being pulled on and became loose by the way the original shop installers put everything back in under the dash.
