    First of all, wow. Michael the owner is amazing to work with and he made everything very quick, simple and captured my style of home and taste. His costs are low and his guys install in an hour, and let me tell you, that's fast for the size home and the number of Windows we have. Second of all, wow!! They turned out so perfect

    We love our new blinds ! This company was recommended to us by our builder because of the great price and customer service. I got 2 other quotes and they beat the price and gave me more than I thought I could afford . It took about 2 weeks to get them installed and in the meantime they gave us some window covers for privacy .

    After getting quotes from other companies, this was definitely the best deal by far. Michael did a great job explaining the different options and I feel that he gave me the best deal. Not a pushy "salesman" and is flexible with payments. I first started with solar screens and liked the quality so much that I scheduled another appointment to add roller shades. The appointment scheduled for taking measurements was always on time and very quick. The estimated time for the materials to arrive and installation was exactly what was estimated. Great quality on install and it withstood all of the recent strong winds and rain.

    Michael and his crew did a wonderful job from start to finish on our new home. He came to our house and brought samples of the blinds material so we would be able to see them in person and compare it to our wall colors. After we picked out the materials that we wanted for our blinds we then had a appointment with his measurement guy and took accurate measurements of all the windows we wanted to be covered. Shipment of the blinds took a few weeks, but they were worth the wait. Installation took a couple of hours and they looked gorgeous! Besides the wait, I am overall pleased with Michael and the service he provided us.

    Mike is a trustworthy guy. The product is super clean and he gave us a flexible payment plan. Not to mention it was for a great price compared to sunburst shutters. I got motorized shades in my room and love them!

    Just an update, Michael kept his words and did follow up himself to make sure that my cracked window glass is fixed. It was done last Tuesday and I am really glad and will recommend him for he is great and professional. I love my solar screens and I attached some pictures to give you an idea on how it looks like. We are thinking of getting shutters and blinds from him too

    I never actually got blinds from here or anything. Mostly because Michael Kerkorian came to my house to give me an estimate and said "I will email you the numbers tomorrow." Well that was almost a month ago and I never got an estimate so I ended up having to go with a different company. Very disappointed with their lack customer service and professionalism.

    This has been an okay, yet a little disappointing experience with positive resolve in the end…read more Having seen the other reviews on this company, I had higher expectations that things would be customer focused and efficient. I called on a Friday night close to closing time to see if I could schedule with them to get an estimate on some window solar screens. Ben wound up calling me back to let me know he can come by on Monday morning to get me an estimate. He came on time at 9am to get measurements and provided me a quote thereafter. That initial meeting was the only pleasant part of this experience because the communication after I made the half payment was horrid. Ben mentioned that he would be in another country on a trip the following day after the estimate was provided, but let me know that in two weeks the product will be ready and installed. Two weeks passed and I never received any follow up regarding our install. I also never received the digital receipt and invoice I was told I would get for the payment I made so I made sure to keep the text confirmation to him directly along with my payment detail on my end. I followed up with the company and called three times to speak with someone regarding my installation and product. I received no call back all day and called again the day after. This was when two weeks had already passed. I texted them on their business text line thereafter when I received no follow up. I had to text them twice for me to hear back from Juan (JD) who explained that he was in charge of things while Ben was out of the office in Indonesia. When I expressed my frustration with the fact that no one has contacted me regarding the product and installation, he said "do you want me to help you out or not?" That response was incredibly not empathetic because I was expressing my frustration that it took me asking them 5 different times regarding the service to get any feedback. He connected me with Caesar who was the one doing the installation. Caesar contacted me saying that he would be at my house Thursday to do the install. Thursday, he calls me again to say the product will be in after 330pm so he will have to move the installation to Friday. Caesar said he would be at my home by 9am, but no communication at all till after I called and texted after 910am to receive a text from him saying he will be 30 minutes late. Despite the lapse in communication, Caesar and Miguel both made the ending result of this experience better. They were both polite and took their time to make sure everything was aligned. Both of them deserve 5 stars alone. Aside Caesar and Miguel, communication has honestly been quite bad with this company and the way it was handled when I followed up was quite rude and lacked empathy for the frustration. No client should ideally have to contact the company various times to be acknowledged for the job to follow through. Price for everything was fair, I just wished the customer service was better. Currently, still waiting for an invoice record since the company has not provided that after I tried to call again multiple times to make final payment. I know with travel and everything factored that it wasn't all one person's fault for the horrible communication, but the service just wasn't what I expected because Ben seemed to really care when I met him for the initial estimate. I understand delays, but I had to re-explain the project to Juan (JD) and Caesar because Juan (JD) didn't even know who I was and addressed me as another client named Camila. The whole process after initial estimate was a headache because the staff wasn't prepared and had I not called or texted to follow up multiple times, my project would have been even more delayed. Juan made "promises," he didn't intend to keep because Gina from the office line called saying he never intended to send over the invoice today and that Ben would be the one sending over my warranty and invoice info. Not a great impression of the company as a whole and I am still waiting for the invoice and warranty details. In the end, however, I have to say Ben is trustworthy for his product quality and escalation service. He contacted me as soon as he touched down and provided me with what his staff could not. I know things fell in the communication pipeline when he was away, but I appreciated his urgency to fix the issue.
