It is not the boiler room environment you experience at most sales rooms. They actually train you thoroughly and the training is consistent. You know exactly what the product is and how it works before you are released to sell. The management is fun and they have a lot of games and spiffs that can really make your pockets heavier. Top reps are making 2500$ average a week, i am more on the 1000$ average but it is more than i ever made. Even their base pay is enough to make a living, and then if you want more you are given the tools and means to get a grip of the opportunities they offer and make what you want to make. The company is expanding so growth is imminent. Never had late or bounced checks, which is more than i can say of other call centers. Environment is fun and most coworkers are upbeat and ready to make money.

They blamed my issues on a water softener that hasn't worked or been used in 20 years, and the type of toilet paper we used. Not baby wipes, toilet paper! I've had three separate plumbing companies come out to my property, all sent by the insurance company, and they all provided a similar report. McGill's guys must not know what they are doing, because they said everything was fine.
