We are thrilled with the work that Water Wise plumbing does! We are loyal customers, all starting ~ five years ago when we had a problem with our master bathroom shower--we'd called 4 or 5 other plumbing companies, which all quoted a couple hundred dollars at minimum, just to come out. Starting to feel rather hopeless, we decided to make one more call, to Water Wise. Water Wise gave advice to us over the phone, & we followed their simple directions, & our problem was easily solved!! We were incredibly grateful & we've been loyal customers ever since that day! (I am worried that anyone reading this might expect free advice over the phone, & I'm not sure that most plumbing issues can be solved so easily. We just happened to have a problem that we didnt know could be easily solved. My story is to show people how the employees/plumbers at Water Wise plumbing can be very helpful & generous with sharing their knowledge.) So we've used Water Wise anytime we've needed a plumber ever since that experience of the plumber offering free advice to solve our issues vs charging $300 to solve it for us in 5 minutes, like the other plumbers we called said they would.). Water Wide is Always a fairly price for excellent work! Most recently, our hot water tank burst on a Friday afternoon, & on Monday morning Fred was here & installed a brand new tank, & left the job site spotless! We had a dripping bathroom sink faucet that was driving our tenant crazy. Replacing the cartridge wasn't an option because the faucet was an old, rare model with lots of hidden corrosion and no replacement cartridges available. The whole faucet needed to be replaced. Actually, two faucets, because the bathroom has twin sinks. Water Wise sent us photos of several faucet models that matched the bathroom's style. We chose the new model, and Water Wise came out to install the new faucets. Which also required replacing four frozen shutoff valves and hoses, and lots of metal cutting to remove the old corroded faucets without damaging the sinks. It was a big job! Water Wise did it perfectly. We've worked with lots of plumbers, and a few really good ones. But Water Wise has been the best: In scheduling, communications, diagnosis, research, presenting options, the plumbing work itself, and the cleanup afterward, they've been flawless. read more

Water Wise completed a full re-piping project at my home last week. This home was built in the late 1970's and we have experienced some leaks over the years, so we decided it was time work on this project and to stop worrying about future leaks. There are multiple homes in our neighborhood that have required new water pipes. Fred was very nice to work with; pleasant, thorough, and respectful of us and our home. The whole team was good to work with. The project took three days and we used Pex pipes. We also added a few other services, like installing a cast iron tub, and that went well too. I had a great experience with Water Wise -- Desiree quickly helped me schedule an appointment time to have a gas line repositioned as the existing one didn't line up with a new stove I bought, so my shiny new stove was standing proud from the cabinets by about 3 inches. No problem for Fred; he came out, provided what I felt was a very reasonable quote, explained the process that was involved (turning off gas lines, opening up a portion of the drywall, replacing certain parts, etc.) and he got to work. Great service! It's been hard to find responsive and reliable contractors lately. With Water Wise I was able to get a quote almost immediately from Desiree, and Fred was able to come in on the same day. They even have a nice text messaging system that confirms the job details and lets you know when the plumber is on his way. Another phenomenal experience with Water-Wise. We were 500 miles away on vacation when our neighbors called to tell us that the back flow valve on our water main had sprung a major leak in front of the house (spraying from the sidewalk all the way out into the middle of the street). Thankfully they were able to shut it off. Water Wise gave a professional finish to our in-progress sewer repair project for under $1,000, about half the cost of the next two lowest quotes. After my potty overflowed into the family room, I called my previously good drain service. They cleared the roots in the drain to the street but only after multiple failures in communication with them. Their camera showed roots still lining the pipe, would grow back in a while. But that company quoted over $7,000 to dig up and repair and put back. Since the emergency was over, we took our time to find the best not-rushed service. After paying someone to dig it we confirmed the damage was only three feet deep and fully exposed the pipe to the drop elbow. After getting two quotes nearly $2000 I bought the parts for $100 and prepared to do it myself. But my wife reasoned I could mess it up. A handyman stopped by and said $400 but his description sounded less than plumber-skilled. Other companies had minimum charges just to come by and look at the hole in the ground. So I was happy that my wife found Water Wise. Their man recognized the proper materials here and the wrong materials there and in a day or two quoted us well below the other quotes. We were scheduled immediately and they did the work quickly. I missed giving my request for positioning the clean out. Their man came back and adjusted that and gone again so early that I didn't get to tip him in person. I was going to pay the previous diggers to do the back fill, but they wanted a lot more money than the original dig! So I filled it in myself in a couple of hours. So we saved $5,000 overall by being careful, and Water Wise alone was responsible for $1,000 of that savings. read more

We had warranty issues with our Rheem hot water heater: 1. Rheem sent the part & a plumber using Water Wise Plumbing - who sent technician ERIC Monday and installed the new part. He was very friendly and professional. He called Rheem since the pilot light wouldn't stay on. They had to send a repair kit. Technician Eric made sure we had heat and ample supply of hot water. 2.
