While I was not crazy about Pam in our initial interaction, she got better over time. After comparing multiple bids, I selected Seider, their Daikin Central Air unit came with an almost unheard of 12 year parts and labor warranty. With a little back and forth with Todd on a time for installation, we were all set. Pam and I scheduled the day and time and sure enough, the installers were there exactly when Pam said they would be. Just two minor quibbles that prevented five stars here: 1) After installation, the installers left behind some screws on the floor that I naturally stepped on in stocking feet several days later. 2) The electrician asked before using my bathroom, but did not feel the need to wash his hands afterwards. Everything else was great and I would use them again in the future.

However, I've had them out twice in the last several months to check/clean my iron filter. We've been having water pressure issues and that has always fixed the problem. Both time's I saw some improvement in water pressure, but it was only temporary. The last time they were out, I asked for a quote on a new iron filter or curtain. Never got the quote. My water pressure dropped again and decided to have a different company look at it. The new plumber showed me the iron filter which was clearly not cleaned and cacked with iron.
