We would give Clegg Auto 1000 stars if it was possible. On Wednesday, May 3 my wife and I were driving from Colorado to Sacramento, Calif. A few hours out we noticed that the hood of the vehicle was not properly latching. We called several repair options including a dealership in the town that we were in at the time but none of them were willing or able to assist. As we headed out of Moab, UT we called several businesses in towns ahead. When we called Clegg Auto Body in Spanish Fork, UT the call was answered by Carly, a very friendly and professional person who informed us that they would be happy to take a look at the hood latch. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by team members Tiffany and Brie. Brie drove our vehicle over to the body shop, were it was promptly inspected and repaired by Westin (it was a simple issue of removing a small piece of plastic that had jammed the latch). When we asked about payment they informed us that there was no charge and we were back on our way feeling much safer. The response to our situation by the young people on this team is something that we will never forget. Clegg Auto is fortunate to have people of this caliber on their team as this kind of extraordinary customer service is very rare. The residents of Spanish Fork, UT and the surrounding area are fortunate to have this resource available to them and should not hesitate to take advantage of it - we certainly would. I have been living in Spanish Fork for about 6 months and have been wondering where to go to get quality work done on my car. I've had less than stellar service that cost more than the quality of service at other locations over the years. My car had the front clip torn off just the plastic and everything associated with the front, end the headlights the fog lights the grill everything was ripped off all in one big piece, but they also needed to replace some fender wheel plastics and associated other things under there that were ripped out and it tore apart connections They got things ordered very quickly. They got my car in and was working on it very quickly and they called me with updates as they said would. I am very happy with their work. We were on our bucket list trip to visit Utah's national parks when the clutch on our truck just stopped working. Stuck in Spanish Fork, I called around to dealers and other mechanics to see who could help. Clegg's was awesome. We had the truck towed to them at 3 and by 5 of the Same Day (!) they'd looked at it, ordered the parts and set us up for expedited work first thing the next morning. The repair took all day but they kept up updated and 4:30 pm we drove outta there good to go. They even lent us a car for the day so we weren't stuck waiting at the shop. Dropped my car off on Sunday night, they called me at 8:00am telling me their Timeframe of getting to it that morning. They called me in a few hours with the inspection and cause of the problem with the amount of what it would be. I picked it up to the minute they said they would be done with it the next day. I was expecting a long wait, but they had it a day and a half and it's running perfect. I moved here in '96 and I have been going to Cleggs the entire time. He was very helpful on the phone and went out of his way to insure my daughter was back up and running in a very short time. This all happened at 4:00pm on a Friday. I had a Subaru with a bad drive belt. Called two places that both said it would cost more than $150 to replace the belt ($100 for labor). Called Clegg in SF and they said they'd look at it for free to make sure that is what I needed. In the end, they replaced two belts and a bolt, cleaned the windows, and had it done in less than three hours. All for less than the minimum quote from the other guys.
