The problem involved a new set of tires on our family wagon, which after being installed created a slight pull to one side. No problem correcting that-- they got a new set in immediately and swapped them. Except it came up again. So, Johnson's did a lot of alignment checking and tried everything (at no extra charge). We finally got to the bottom of it. They really do take care of you, and Jeff and his brother are great! A family business over 100 years old that's very highly recommended.

They don't care about causing any damage to your car and they especially won't inform you when they cause the damage. Took my car in to get a pre-roadtrip check about a month ago, and one of the mechanics snapped my hood cable so my hood is now unable to get open and it will cost between $200-$400 for me to get repaired. Of course, no one informed me that this occurred, so I had no clue my hood was broken until I tried to pop my hood open myself a few days later. My hood was functioning properly before I took it in, yet they declined that they caused damage and refuse to repair it so that's great for me! Went back to get my tires replaced a couple weeks later (don't know why I went back... that was my first mistake), and suddenly the trim on my car around my back tire is starting to come off. It's an easy fix, but it's just upsetting to see the damage they cause and don't inform me of, or even try to fix. Very disappointed. I never write bad reviews, but hopefully this will be helpful to others. You can tell they rush the job, aren't gentle with your car, and clearly couldn't care less about their customers. I would literally steer clear of this Provo location.

It took a little longer than I was expecting, but they were still kind the whole time and crystal clear about what I was paying for and why. I'm not sure how much it would be at another place to replace all the brake pads and 2 rotors of an SUV, but my total ended up being around $850!

They are always honest about their pricing, even when it is higher than other garages in the area. They have explained to me why they would charge what they do, and if I can't afford that, where to go for cheaper service. They said the diagnostic would be completed that afternoon but when I called in they said it wouldn't be ready till the next day. When I finally went to pick up the car I spoke with a different guy. Super nice but it sounds like the previous guy didn't write down my problem correctly and they ended up saying I needed to replace my back sensors for a total of a 1000. I told him that I was having problems with my accelerator and he looked really confused like he hadn't been aware of it when I dropped the vehicle off. I think there might have just been poor communication on their part. I just ate $80 diagnostic fee and took it to big o tires and the solved my problem for 600 total, rotated my tires, and patched a flat for free.

In this case it's because they went above and beyond! I had my driver side exhaust manifold repaired by Master Muffler and they did an amazing job. First off they allowed me to walk back and visually see the problem with my truck and explain exactly what was wrong with it and why. There was no smoke and mirrors trying to upsell me on extra repairs. Second, They provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix it. On top of that, they are military friendly and gave me a great discount for being an active duty member. They also were very accommodating to my schedule and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Five stars for Master Muffler! Oh and one last thing, they even sent me a thank you letter with some brownies in the mail for allowing them to work on my truck. First time using Utah Mobile Tire and it's like "welcome to the future, it's heavenly here." Punctual, even showed up a little early. Great communication, Kevin texted me earlier in the morning to confirm and also again when he was about 15 minutes away. Knowledgeable and well equipped, he had everything he needed and just got to work. Pleasant and kind, he engaged in conversation when I initiated and just kept working when I didn't. Happy to have them back for the next go around! The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours.
