Yes he has the correct contact info. My guess ie that he didn't want the job. If they want to do a job, just say so. Not professional at all to not respond. For this I had to give them 1 star. thats only because he showed up quickly to review. UPDATE: Hector got back to me and informed me of the issue with the delay. Jeff worked out a solution with me, to take the doors off-site and sand them all the way down. I appreciated that he didn't charge me full price since it was an unexpected cost. I also had a hiccup with a door that wouldn't close properly after painting. (It was probably a very tight fit before painting). This door also needed some off-site work to shave down the top, so it would close correctly. The team came back on a Saturday morning to bring me the restored closet doors. These little pain points come up with lots projects. You need a company that will take care of things when everything doesn't go perfectly. ESP will make sure everything is taken care off.

The owner stated that only one painter, among the 10 or so that he employed, was trained to spray the exterior of our three-story house, and this painter was leaving the company. But rather than postpone our project while another painter was trained to, uh, paint, Final Touch simply canceled.
