They didn't have my size, but said they would order them and they would call me the next day. They asked me again, "Do you want us to order them?" "Yes," I said. "Will they have a 2026 manufacturing date?" I asked. "Oh, sure," they said. I got an estimate for the wheel packing too. When I didn't get the call, I checked in on Wednesday afternoon and the tires were in. I pulled in before 9am on Thursday. The bays were empty. I backed in a spot and asked if I could unhook. "Whoa!, How long?" One man asked. "How about noon?" My order was for $880. I don't know if they thought I was going to sit around for 2 hours waiting for my trailer to be repaired. There waiting area is not that comfortable. This is a local place, which is why I began shopping here. But, it's also a place where everyone calls you "boss" or "chief" (I got both) and there's something about that I find irritating. It's difficult to say about the value, as prices everywhere are going up. The price for the bearing pack had risen 30% over the last time I had it done. The tires installed had a date of "1225", so that promised was not kept. It's a local place, and I don't enjoy writing less-than-favorable reviews, but I'll be looking for another shop to work on my trailer.

I explained to them the use of each vehicle and what I was looking for. The full-size truck. I explained that we do haul livestock pulling a livestock trailer out-of-town occasionally. And the SUV would be used to travel back-and-forth to Fresno California, five days a week. I purchased the tires they recommended for both vehicles. June 1st when I was washing the truck, which I usually take to the car wash, I noticed the front two tires both had lost the tread on half of the tires. I went back to Galvin Tires - Allen and explained to them that we purchased the tires in January 2026. They looked at the tires and proceeded to tell me it was driver error/my fault. If I would like to have the problem corrected they could sell me 2 tires for the truck for $240 each. I was also told that when my husband brought the truck in to have the tires installed, they explained to him that it needed an alignment. The problem was my husband did not drive the truck to have the tires installed I did and they dealt with me regarding the truck. So that was a lie. If the truck needed an alignment which they never told me I needed, I would've had it done if they would've mentioned it. My husband drove his SUV there and dealt with it, but was there when I talked to them about my truck, again never mentioned it needing an alignment to me or my husband. Now I'm having to go to another tire shop to have new tires install on my truck in the front and an alignment done, which is gonna cost me and should of been corrected and done right in the first place by Galvin Tires - Allen. The tire shop I'm dealing with now said that I got ripped off from the tire shop where I purchased my tires from (Galvan Tires)!! Galvan Tires Inc is a rip off, so BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

We first tried ourselves to get them out but couldn't even see them, just hear them, so we started calling mobile mechanics and talked to a man named William who was willing to come and help out. He came out immediately, got his little pole thing that had a mirror on it and stuck it in the engine area and looked around and didn't see nor hear any kitties. To bring even more context to the story, let me back it up to right before we discovered the kitty in our engine, we had went to the bank, as soon as I parked and got out of the car I heared the kitten cries, they were very loud but I wasn't sure if it was coming from our car or the surrounding cars in the parking lot, so I kind of shrugged It off, drove straight back home, parked and when I get out of the car, I hear the kittens again, this time the cry was faint and weaker sounding, so I knew for sure that they were in there. Even had my husband come and listen and he heard them as well. So by the time we found a mechanic to actually come out and look, a couple hours had already passed and by that time there was absolutely no noise coming from the engine anymore. Unfortunately, I fear that the heat from the car and the weather might have took the Kitty's life. I was really hoping the mechanic would Jack the car up and take a closer look because I'm sure there are a lot of nooks and crannies that you cannot see with just the mirror alone. I told him about the sounds of the cries and how they were stronger at the bank and weaker when we got home and that I'm thinking that there might be a deceased Kitty in there. But I guess he felt a different way because he didn't suggest jacking the car up to look. He just concluded that the kitten must have left. But that's probably not what happened. Anyways, I appreciate his Speedy service though! he was literally out here in 15 minutes and he only charged us 40 bucks. So he's very fair in that sense. I would have definitely been willing to pay more if he would have lifted that car up. But it was probably too late at that point anyway. Kind of a sad review. My bad, but his Speedy service and his fair pricing was definitely worth a review.

He had me drive next to him and he listened and told me it was definitely going out and that his relative had a shop and directed me here. I took it down and got the truck repaired. The prices were very reasonable and the mechanics were wonderful! Ever since then I take my vehicles there for pretty much everything. They are honest and reasonable with prices. They don't try to sell you things you don't need! I used to get my oil changed at the dealership because it was actually really cheap, but the organization for appointments was horrible and I had to leave my car all day for an oil change. S&S was just slightly more and closer to my house, so I will always pay the extra $10 or so for the great service!

Did I have a leaky tire in the middle of nowhere??? I pulled off at the next exit, checked tire pressures and googled this Tire service. The tire pressures were even and normal. I explained the situation over the phone, and both the husband and wife team explained the source of the tire light as increased tire pressure at high speeds. They spent at least 10-15 min on the phone with me. I felt reassured knowing I could continue my trip to SF without risking the chance of a blown tire en route.

They have a very wide selection of basic trailer parts in stock. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. i came in here with bearings off a tandem trailer with (mobile home) axles vintage 1950. The axles were different sizes. The not young, not old, but knowledgeable guy knew all the parts of the top of his head. i asked about his thoughts on improving the trailer, and he suggested swapping out hubs on the larger axle and installing a matching 6000 axle with brakes. i had started the conversation with suggesting swapping out both axles for 3500 pound ones, and he explained his idea. His suggestion made more sense than mine for the same price. I came here, because a RV shop highly recommended this place.
