Bought some tires on offer up took them to install here first 100 ft down the road realized something was wrong my tire was rubbing on the shock in the rear passenger side they could have told me the tires didn't fit well that they going to rub while the car was up on the hydraulic jack. Not woman friendly. I felt taken advantage of because my husband was not with me. Something that should have only cost $20, was uncharged to $35, they didn't even balance the tires after they replaced with my new one. I do not recommend this place to any female or anyone in general. read more

I am a regular customer. Yet recently I bought two used tires and one busted before the end of the week was up. I was told that it they didn't service me with that tire until I busted out my receipt. Then they told me there was no warranty on used tires and they couldn't help me. Money down the drain that I don't have left me very upset. They have officially lost my business. read more

I would leave no stars. We went to ask if they do patching on tires. A girl was outside trying to clean the front and she said "yes". We waited inside for someone to help us with that and all we saw was a younger man and her the flirting the entire time instead of helping us. So we left. Worst service ever. read more

Let me say, I really WANTED to like this place. The staff was helpful and friendly, but not overly professional. Twice, I've had them patch flat tires, only to have said tires run flat less than a day later. The first time I just let it go, and went somewhere else. Fast forward a few years to this weekend. I was in the neighborhood, supervising some rental investments when I picked up a couple nails and my tire went flat. Tony's was nearby. I gave them a second chance. I returned home to the Bay Area that afternoon. I was forced to pull over an hour south of San Francisco when the tire began to run flat. I made it to a Big Brand Tire where they discovered the patches had failed and the tech had dropped his crowbar on my rim while removing the tire, resulting in major scratches. NEVER AGAIN! The crew at Tony's Tires And Wheels is incompetent. Period. I really miss their predecessor, Taylor Tire & Brake. read more

I got an oil change here back in May and a few weeks later my engine blew out. I took my car to get a diagnosis where I bought it and they confirmed it was from the oil change. I went to Tony's tires and they asked me to do a complaint with the BBB so they would fix my car. They have yet to respond. So I am left with a broken 2015 car I still make payments on while these people take no responsibility. My next step is to get an attorney and sue them. I don't normally post reviews but this place was amazing!! I felt the need to pay it forward. I came in with a tire emergency and they helped me through it efficiently and made me feel safe. As a person that knows nothing about cars, I am always afraid that mechanics will take advantage and leave you with a 1000 bill. Jose and David were awesome! They made me laugh and walked me through what they were doing. I felt I was making an informed decision and not being taken advantage of. Well let me start off with saying I am the most hesitant person to trust any car place! No matter what! I always think they're going to try to scam me. I happened to move right by this place and when I needed my tired fixed I went right here. I was happy. Fast forward a few months later, a tire on my new car got a nail stuck in that no one wanted to fix. I went to various other "big company " names and they just wanted to sell me a new one. I came back to Tony's and boom they patched it up, I was done in less than an hour! They're so reasonable with their prices. Worst customer service ever! I went to get a 4 tires set plus alignment on 9/14/17. It took them over 3 hours becaus3 they were shorthanded, the first alignment was not good, so they keep us an extra hour to set it right. 3 months and 2 weeks later, I was told that the tires were worn out and wire was coming out, so my car was not drivable. I called right away, and Fernando Unknown-last name aka "manager" asked me to send him pictures of the car. I live about 2 hours away in a remote area, so I sent him the pictures, and he said that it was due to a bad alignment. However, he needed to see the product, so I had to save money to buy two tires, so I could take them back their tires. So, I did. Well, from the get-go Fernando Unknown-last name aka the "manager" said to me, "oh I remember you, the rude lady." Wow! This is the type of treatment that one receives after driving 2 hours, for this individual to disrespect me in front of my child, for doing what he asked for, for him to tell me that he WILL NOT reimbursed me for the bad product and horrible service they provided. If the receipt would of say AS IS by all means the sale is final, but it doesn't. So, now I will take this matter to BBB and Civil Court.
