She was very helpful and patient as I was fumbling through the checkout. When I was checking out at the register the cashier CYNTHIA / CLAUDIA (I was told she's the night supervisor) advised me this had to download the app. So I was doing so and Cynthia/Claudia started giving me attitude because I was asking her if she could walk me through it. She started telling me she was going to cancel my whole order and so I told her she wasn't and that she needed to help me with the app so I can apply the coupon. She proceeded to ignore me while I was asking for help talking to another employee. I had also gotten a bottle soda from the fridge that I open prior to paying and she threw it in upside down and the cap wasn't fully secured so my stuff inside my bag was wet with soda. Not to mention when I was walking away from the register, CYNTHIA/CLAUDIA was helping the next customer and started talking about "She was so difficult, I didn't want to help her" and so I turned around and told Cynthia/CLAUDIA next time you talk about a customer make sure they leave. She was still being sarcastic and briefly repeated her name back to me after I had said it.

I taught him well! He was so sick and tired of people coming in with half eaten food/beverages, practically empty, and he had to make things right..for everyone. With that being said, I told him few days ago, to go do some shopping from this store. I am not going to mention each item one by one, but you will see them in my photos. We needed things from practically every aisle. Aisles are easy to navigate and always nicely organized/fully stocked. Sometimes produce is not that fresh. They have a self check out, which I hate, and also regular registers, which I love. They have Starbucks, a Lottery machine, & an ATM inside the store. I've been there myself few times. Store is HUGE, and they have everything from A to Z like most grocery stores do. Their employees are very helpful, nice, and friendly. One of their managers by the name of Duane, is a sweetheart and always ready to help. They have a lot of discounted items and their rewards program is very helpful, & convenient along with a gas station that they have near by. Store is clean and always playing fine music overhead. Parking is shared with multiple businesses and have restrooms for each gender. Restrooms can sometimes be dirty. Thank you everyone..

Love TJ prices. You can't beat it. It's always a good value. I kinda love that the items at TJ are limited because I feel like I know their stock and layout as if I'm an employee there. Still grieving amaretti cookies and pistachio cranberry thins Spanakopita pie and spicy mexican-style riced cauliflower are my personal favorite "always in the fridge" kinda items. I freak out when I ran out I also recently fell in love with their pie crust. That's what you see on the picture. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. I'm still confused why someone is working in the bakery if they don't have the skills to handle a simple cake request. I called again the next morning at 8:15, spoke with a woman, explained exactly what I wanted, and left a note with my contact info and what the cake should say. I was told it would be ready after 4 PM. I arrived at 4 only to find my note sitting on the cake with absolutely no decoration done. Then I was told I could write on it myself. I literally had to go behind the counter and do it myself. For all that inconvenience, I got $5 off. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Don't promise bakery services you can't deliver.

And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Oh and separate note of love goes to all the 50% off coupons for "soon to expire" foods , especially now when prices are skyrocketing. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. The attached pharmacy is also a huge plus. My only complaint regards the grocery baggers. During a recent visit, a specific bagger- a tallish, thin young man with puffy long hair, and glasses--behaved very unprofessionally. When I politely requested double-bagging, he responded rudely, stating he knew what he was doing, and completely ignored the request. The cashier even looked shocked by the outburst. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to review service standards with the bagging staff.
