I should have known when no one was in the salon but the 1 nail tech. She was very rough. It was the worst experience I have had getting a gel manicure. She kept texting while working on my nails and then she called someone, had them on speaker phone, and she started yelling at the person on the phone "I did not cut you, you came in here with a cut on your finger" the person on the phone said, "no, you cut me and now I have an infection". The nail tech then said, "no you are a liar" and then she hung up on the person. I looked down at my thumb and saw some blood around the edge of my thumb and now I am wondering if I too will get an infection. Stay away from this place. read more

I came in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. There were no other customers and no other employees present, just one woman, who I believe is the owner. I asked for a simple polish removal, a service listed on the salon's own pricing menu. From the beginning, I was treated dismissively, the service was rushed and incomplete, and the payment process was unnecessarily difficult and tense. This experience was completely unwelcoming and borderline humiliating. I'm posting this review not out of spite, but to provide an honest, factual account of how I was treated. I would encourage anyone considering this salon to observe how they interact with you from the moment you walk in, especially if you're not requesting a high-ticket service. I think I just received the best pedicure I've had in years! Tatiana was fantastic, ya'll! She made my entire pedicure experience one of the best I've had in a very long time. She didn't rush through the pedicure or aggressively go through the motions (like most others do). She was meticulous. I purchased the Deluxe Regular (A) pedicure and felt very relaxed the entire time. There was a mother & her daughter next to me getting a pedicure as well and they also seemed very happy with their experience. I did, however, feel a little targeted when I walked in & was immediately told to put a mask on. Which I am totally okay with! It was the fact that literally no other customer in there was wearing one that caused me to feel a little shocked & confused. Honestly, if I didn't have such an amazing experience with Tatiana, I may have decided not to come back. All the stars on this review belong to her & her alone. read more

Was searching on google for a place open on Sunday and found combination nails. I feel like sometimes people go on yelp just to complain. I came in and was taken care of quickly. Given plenty of choices for my gel pedi/mani. I did the deluxe #3. The massage was great. They use real citrus fruit on you feet and legs so you the scent is refreshing. They did a good job on my cuticles bc I would've felt it if they did cut me. But the experience with a hot towel felt nice during a chilly winter day. I could've fallen asleep I felt so relaxed. read more

I am NEVER one to write reviews but oh my goodness. I went in for just a gel pedicure and it was horrible!! The water was scalding hot and when I mentioned something the woman told me "oh it'll cool down" :/ I got the Deluxe Gel Pedicure that is supposed to come with callus remover, scrub, hot stones, hot towels, and a 5min leg massage. -no callus remover -scrub was beyond abrasive and she used an already opened packet. Ew. -stones were warm at best and she just rubbed my leg and that was it -NO massage -she pulled out a hot towel and just laid it against my shins I have gel polish on my skin and they look sloppy! And while I was there I watched them be beyond disrespectful to another client..calling her picky because she was so upset with the awful acrylic set that they did This cost me $55 and it wasn't even remotely worth it! Came here for wedding nails and I cried leaving the salon. The nail salon inspector came in at the same time too and cause a whole commotion with the nail techs and how some are not certified! I asked for a simple leave design and this was the "best" she did. She jacked up my cuticles too! For my wedding!! read more

DO NOT IGNORE NEGATIVE REVIEWS Reposting since the owner took it down and had her daughter respond to initial review without allowing me the opportunity to reply. 1st- No, I was not in a rush when I came back I said I did not have time to sit and wait for you to fix them because we it would take loner than if I would have just sat and waited and extra 10 to 15 minutes for our toes to dry. YES- I requested regular polish. It's not a crime. I chose regular polish for the very reason that I was not in a rush. You are the professionals for cosmetics - not I. 2nd- I did not call and DEMAND a refund. I politely asked if it was possible to receive HALF a refund. When you responded with an attitude I simply expressed my disappointment, and asked that you not cut me off while try to explain why we weren't able to drive to IF in the near future. 3rd- No, I did NOT receive ALL services. No massage, hot stones, or wax. So I am unclear as to what you are referring to. 4th- YES, you offered me a gift certificate. AFTER YOU HAD YELLED AT ME and insulted me over the phone to your daughter. My friend was with me and translated what you said. So why would I accept your offer? Lastly and MOST importantly- I take great insult in your dishonest accusation regarding racist comedy with your accent. Not only am I a human who has experienced racism as a hispanic, but one of my closest friends is Vietnamese. To unscrupulously claim I was making fun of your accent so you could hide your behavior towards a client, someone who did not disrespect you in the least bit when trying to reason with you. Frankly it's disgusting; and if I were a racist why on earth would my husband a I go out of our way to deliver you and staff doughnuts on a random trip to Idaho Falls AND on a day we weren't even being serviced by you. We thought you were a kind and gracious woman the first time we met, which is why we thought of you during that time. It's unfortunate we were wrong. So here is my initial review. AGAIN. The owner should be embarrassed by her lack of customer service skills. Not only did she tell me SEVEN YEAR OlD DAUGHTER that she needed an eyebrow wax, but she caught a nasty and vulgar attitude when I asked for a refund or even half a refund because my polish was all messed up when I put my Shoes on. AFTER I was told that my toes were dry and I go leave. I would not have left had I not been told to my toes were ready. They even checked them for me before telling I could go. Yet, they were still messed up when I put my shoes on. She told me it was my fault for not paying for gel polish. I spend $75 and drove almost an hour for this horrible treatment and negative experience didn't daughter. It's people like her and the comments she makes that cause others to be self conscious about their appearance. Who the hell tells a 7 year old they need an eyebrow wax?! And who treats a paying customer who took time out of their day for their service with such disrespect? She literally said "F*** You" to me when I said I would leave a negative review because she was being so rude to me. My husband and I once when and bought everyone in her salon Duck Donuts trying to be nice. if I could give this place negative stars I would. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority. After the most painful pedicure I came to notice bruising on my toe nails due to an illegal MMA acrylic being applied to my nails. After various soaking and filing appointments at a different salon we have finally gotten to a point where the applied product was thinned down but the bruising and sensitivity to my toe nails continues. I will never set foot in here again. read more

Was charged $110 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. She kept a $10 tip for herself and didn't even say thank you. $120 for a shitty job with DEEP cuts all over. ENTITLED. Was talked into a design that I didn't even get to pick. I asked for bees and she said no then charged for it. Was charged for "extra glitter" because she only wanted to paint one nail with glitter. She scolded me for not wanting a design to begin with so I felt obligated. My fingers are all cut up. One was bleeding so bad on the way home. She was not gentle. Made my natural nails paper thin. I worked so hard to get them strong and she destroyed them. I wasn't treated nice at all. I wish I read these reviews before spending an arm and a leg to be treated badly and have a chop job done. She likes to give people guilt trips and say they take the money back after paying with a card, um yeah because you rip people off and don't care about them. I highly suggest anyone that pays with a card to dispute the transaction with this woman. She doesn't deserve a business. She told one of her clients she was ugly yesterday. And don't comment back trying to say I don't know what I'm talking about because you clearly can't run a business. It also looks unprofessional with you arguing with someone leaving you a bad review. You can't take the honesty, but you'll keep doing dirty work. You have so many bad reviews and your work is not worth the prices you scam people with. And yes the nail files were dirty. I was there. Horrible experience took over 3 hours and then I find out they used dental acrylic. it has been 3 weeks of trying to get it all off my nails. Which are ruined they hurt and are super thin. Charged $70 for a full set! Do not go here for acrylics. read more
