I was told I would have to pay a fee to reschedule/cancel or they could get done what they could in the time I had left for my appt. That they had to stick to the schedule. I was frustrated but understood. Fast forward...I got a gift card for my birthday so I decided to give it another whirl and be on time. I was juggling a tight schedule. I took an hour of PTO to make it all work. I even called ahead and told them that I scheduled a pedicure and facial. I was reassured about the schedule and how long each service took. I was nervous that something would happen and that I wouldn't be able to get everyone where they needed to be. I needed 30 min between appts and they found a way to make it work. They told me they stick to their schedule and I believed them due to the last appointment. I still had a 10 min buffer just in case. I was really surprised when I arrived to my appointment. I got there a few minutes early. When my appt was supposed to start the nail tech came out and over explained that the appt before me decided they wanted to upgrade their service so she was running behind. Then she went up to the counter and talked to them about all the upgrades. I asked on her way back how long it would be delayed. She said another 5 min. She came back out saying that the lady wanted to add on nail art and it would be longer. I guess I am supposed to wait for that too. Then she went up and asked if I was the last appt of the day and I wasn't. She complained that she needed a break. She probably would've been done on time if she worked and didn't keep coming out to talk. I told the lady at the front desk that I may need to reschedule that I told them I was running a tight schedule. I went outside to see if I could find my kid a ride to make it work. When I came back in I didn't even get a word out and the receptionist said they would just reschedule my appt at no charge after I just did all that to arrange a different ride for my son. Didn't even ask if that's what I wanted but at that point it was probably for the best because I don't think the lady was even close to being finished. They didn't seem to really care about my appointment or what I had going on. Crazy that I am 10 min late and my service gets cut short and they are running atleast 20 min behind because someone wants to add on nail art and I don't even get an apology! If you are going to enforce the rules it should be for everyone including your staff. I had 2 services booked. I had to juggle things to make it all work and then re juggle them all when I got there. My time and appointments matter just as much as the next person. I wasted a whole evening and used my PTO and then was told the next appointment was over a week out. I wish I didn't have to go back but I have a gift certificate to use :(

She is so very professional, the salon is very clean and comfortable, and she was so accommodating to my crazy work schedule. From the spa chairs, selection of foot soaks, and paraffin treatments, we feel very spoiled. She offers evening and weekend appointments as well, which is huge for me being an INL employee. Highly recommend her services and we will definitely be back for our regular nail treatments.

From the beginning, I was treated dismissively, the service was rushed and incomplete, and the payment process was unnecessarily difficult and tense. This experience was completely unwelcoming and borderline humiliating. I'm posting this review not out of spite, but to provide an honest, factual account of how I was treated. I would encourage anyone considering this salon to observe how they interact with you from the moment you walk in, especially if you're not requesting a high-ticket service. Respect and professionalism should not be conditional.

I think I just received the best pedicure I've had in years!…read more Tatiana was fantastic, ya'll! She made my entire pedicure experience one of the best I've had in a very long time. She didn't rush through the pedicure or aggressively go through the motions (like most others do). She was meticulous. I purchased the Deluxe Regular (A) pedicure and felt very relaxed the entire time. There was a mother & her daughter next to me getting a pedicure as well and they also seemed very happy with their experience. I did, however, feel a little targeted when I walked in & was immediately told to put a mask on. Which I am totally okay with! It was the fact that literally no other customer in there was wearing one that caused me to feel a little shocked & confused. Honestly, if I didn't have such an amazing experience with Tatiana, I may have decided not to come back. All the stars on this review belong to her & her alone.
