The staff was incredibly rude. I tried scheduling a simple haircut with the stylist Britney Stacey. I was sick the morning of the appointment and had to reschedule. She insisted I pay her upfront for her inconvenience to reschedule and I agreed. She was supposed to send me her Venmo information and didn't. When I called the salon to leave my credit card info, they were confused. I showed up to my rescheduled appointment only to find out she had canceled it that day to show me what it felt like to have someone cancel on short notice. Vindictive and unprofessional. $ 60 normally for a pedicure which is ridiculous considering they don't even cut your cuticles and my toes came out horrible! It needs the cuticles cut for a cleaner look! I thought she put a top coat put they feel rough and don't look shiny they look blah! I'm so disappointed! I didn't see them till I got home and I will never be back! Heidi was super nice but she doesn't have the skills for this. I'm from California where they charge half the price do more and your toes come out amazing! Was charged $120 to walk out with my hair in black and white stripes! The colors were pretty much what I expected; however, the thick black and white stripes up and down my head are horrendous-- the placement of the color was horrible, I actually look like I am missing hair in the front of my head because of the way she placed the blonde. I picked the colors and they did not complement my complexion at all. I take full responsibility for that--I just wish she was knowledgeable enough to discuss that these colors might not work. I heard her say to the receptionist that she charges $110 for a cut and color. She charged me $120 and my hair is not long or thick. She had her nails done while my hair was processing--very unprofessional for the prices she charges. I never write reviews, but I am going to have to spend another good amount to take the zebra stripes off my head. read more

I absolutely loved my experience here! I found out about this salon through yelp and decided to try it out. Best decision I could have made. I noticed all the reviews talked a lot about Kimberley, so when I called and got Jamie I was a little nervous. I looked her up on the website and saw that she had 8 years of experience so I decided to trust that she was good. As it turns out she was not just good she was amazing! I came in with a few pictures to give her an idea she listened and then used all her knowledge to help create my own look and blend the styles together! I let her do what was best and she worked her magic! I love my hair and the whole experience reminded me why it is worth it to go to a salon. I highly recommend this Salon and Jamie!! Love this place!!! I came in for a color correction and in dire need of someone to fix a botched haircut as well. Heather Jemmett took amazing care of me! She did a wonderful job and I'm so happy with the results. I have officially found my new hairstylist! I have zero complaints about the price either. The girl who colored my hair put stripes in it. It's just supposed to be blonde (bleach) over my warm brown hair. I've had my hair colored this way for 20 years and no one has ever done that to me. The girl was very nice and I did get a half refund, but it can't be fixed. It just needs to grow out. read more

I moved here from Boston and had rather low expectations for stylists in Idaho Falls, but Indy (the owner) is as good as or better than many of the stylists I saw in the city. I have short, fine hair that is very difficult to style and she pulls off funky cuts no problem. My favorite thing about her is she is a true artist in that she can look at your face and envision what cut would suit you. Only downside is she's very popular; the last few times I called her soonest opening was 3 weeks later. The salon itself has a friendly, casual vibe to it. read more

I went here on my birthday and had the worst experience possible. I can say that I had the worst haircut of my whole entire life in this salon, I asked for a deep conditioning but didnt get it, then I asked the hairdresser (Heather) who apparently was very unexperienced to straighten my hair. For the first time ever I have been told that she cant straighten my hair using a blow dryer and that she needs to use a flat iron, I could smell my hair burning and it turned out like an anime caractere hair. I got out of here with the worst hair I ever had in my entire life.I called the owner to speak about this incident and all what I got was negligence, like its not a humans birthday that they ruined. I cant even cut my hair any shorter to make it even so I will need to wait the whole entire summer for it to grow back. Im still waiting for my refund and I will def never go back to this place nor advice anyone to go there. STAY AWAY! and thanks for ruining my birthday! UPDATE: they didnt want to make a full refund, so I filed a dispute with my credit card. BEWARE! PS: be careful of the reviews of google. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EXTENSIONS!!!! At first my experience was fine, until I realized that the process they use to put in extensions not only looks bad, but pulls your hair out from the roots! When I went back to talk to the owner to see what could be done- she was rude and very unwilling to help with anything. This was obviously not the first time she has had people wanting their money back for a bad extension job, because she didn't even look at my hair/extensions before refusing any help. All she did was say she would take them out (and keep my $500)! Oh- she also said if I didn't have $500 to throw away, maybe I shouldn't have come in to get them in the first place. Nice. read more
