They weren't filthy and it seems that she is missing the purpose of a dry cleaner. Obviously we're bringing in items to get them cleaned. Her attitude was nasty, insulting & demeaning. We've just switched dry cleaners and won't be returning as there are several other dry cleaners in close proximity. Attitude is important when you are running a business for profit. Avoid this dry cleaners!

My white sweater comes back looking brand new. They're able to get collar stains out and more. I've brought in countless pants for a hem job and each one comes back very nicely done. Very technical and clean. They're also very honest people. There was one pair that the lady convinced me to not hem because she believed that it was the perfect length. I'm so glad she did. Being new to the neighborhood, I was getting concerned with the reviews for the dry cleaners/tailors near me. I'm excited to discover Tom's. Tom's is worth the slightly longer walk for me.

One pair had noticeable lines across the fabric, likely caused by a wire hanger, and another pair had stains that were not present when I dropped them off. Firstly, it's a family business and they take pride and care in their business and less than satisfactory will not fly with them. Many times, I drop off my laundry in the morning and can easily return at 6PM and it'll be ready. Nice, fresh smelling, folded neatly and packed amazingly in the bag. There was this one time where my bag had a slight tear in it and when I returned to pick it up I noticed they sewed it back. I have yet to see another laundromat take such pride in the service they provide. I am so glad I have found this place and the day I own my own machines in house, I'll be shedding some tears for this place that has literally saved my laundry countless times. No Jokes.

So I traveled all the way over to drop of the suit only to be told "nope we're closed on Saturday." I was obviously upset because why would they assure me I could drop it off and pick up the next day if the place isn't open.
