EVERY TIME I CALLED, she was either mysteriously not available that day, or I was told if I could get there in 15 minutes I might be able to catch her. Excuse me... I WORK. Then I was told "Call back tomorrow to see if she's scheduled to come in." Their delay tactics lasted until it was "I'm sorry. Your 30-day guarantee has expired." So I have a pair of glasses that cost me OVER $250 even AFTER the coupon was applied, and I CAN'T WEAR THEM more than a few hours. Not a happy camper. I will never use Clermont Optical again.

The manager helped me after the original employee billed my insurance and credit card to another patient. That was the beginning of the first mistake. When my glasses finally came in the first time we realized that the same employee did not measure me correctly for my progressive lens. They remade my glasses however, the glasses still did not work. During this time, the manager assured me she was crediting my account for the full amount. I would not have to pay anything and on top of that she was giving me a credit on my account for future purchases. It took about two months for me to finally get glasses that worked. There were a lot of delays. This all started in January and today I received a bill. Upon investigating the bill, it was told that it was for some sort of protection plan that I absolutely did not ask for on these glasses nor I ever would have. There was no apologies from the billing office and she did not want to assist me at all. She told me she would put a hold on the account and wait for the manager to possibly contact them. But I would probably get another bill next month. There was nothing but chaos on the day that I chose my glasses in January. So many people walking around. It is very hard to know when it is your turn to be helped. My husband and I have used my eye doctor for many years. Needless to say we are done, will be finding someone else next year.

They need to respect that people have schedules of their own and if you're running behind, you should let people know instead of having us sitting here. He put the lens back in with a screw that he filed down and wanted to put nail polish on it so it would not come out again. No, just put the original screw back in.... You could not get a real person when calling. They took two weeks to call me back after the referral, and then said they did not take my insurance. After I called my insurance firm, who said they DID take my insurance, I called again and just started pressing buttons to get a real person to schedule an appointment. Then the project manager twice failed to return phone calls after they scheduled me to visit the eye surgery office which was WAY over in Maitland, where you have to visit at least three times. Nothing made me confident in this chain clinic, so I asked my insurance firm to cancel them so I could find another firm like one recommended by a surgeon frient. These guys failed customer service 101 and need to take a course in customer relations from Disney, which is an actual ccourse and our Lake County DMV has gone and are much better than this schlock outfit. The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
