However there is something that is off putting (at least for me) when a person keeps talking about price as if that is the deciding factor when making a purchase. I personally dont like to shop on price because if there is ever a concern when the job is complete, the person will say, well you got this discounted price or I knocked off so much in price for you so.... Anyway, I came to Yelp to share my experience because as you can see from the picture as soon as he commented he then blocked me which is why my response showing him he did quote a price and my response shows as sending..... I normally would not care to write a review, I dont even have a yelp account, I had to use a friends account to write this.... however I just felt that people should be aware of the type person that you would be interacting with and to be careful. Simply because if a person can go from 0-100 this quickly over a person telling them they dont want to talk about price, imagine if you had a concern about the work that was done, how he might respond...and since it is mobile detailing ...this person would know where you live/work.

After examining the sofa, again, he sent me an invoice with an additional charge to fix it!! I questioned why I would pay twice to get the job I hired him for and he replied that it needed additional service to actually fix the problem! When I asked him how long it would take, he said he thought about two weeks, but that he couldn't tell me exactly until a few days AFTER I placed my order and paid for it. So, I paid, then waited for a week before calling him for a delivery date. He did not answer my call. I left a message. He did not call me back. I sent him an email. He did not respond. I tried again daily for two weeks. Still no response. Finally, I told him I was going to cancel my order if I didn't hear from him by the next day. He sent me an email back and said my order would be shipped "next week." I called and emailed him again, asking for a delivery date. Still no response. It is now two weeks later, and I still have not received my order, so I sent him an email to cancel the order and contacted my credit card company, as well. I learned something from this experience. When placing an order online for a large amount of money, it is a good idea to look for reviews of the company. Had I checked the Better Business Bureau first, I would have seen another customer's review that had the same problem in June. This company seems to take your money and doesn't ship the product. So, I hope that this review saves someone else the hassle of dealing with an unethical business.

I assumed I would need to bring my broken chair to him but no, James came out to my home, evaluated the problem, took the chair back to his workshop where he repaired it beautifully.
