She did send a link but, unsurprisingly, the gallery is still incomplete. We are still missing major parts of our wedding: the ceremony, family portraits, reception, groomsmen getting ready, and even some bridal party photos. She claims the gallery was completed at the beginning of March, yet here we are in April with missing photos. When we follow up about our concerns, responses are extremely delayed and always the same: "I'm trying my best to get your photos done." At this point, it has been 7 months since our wedding. I did not hire a photographer to wait this long or to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and poor communication. I strongly recommend not hiring her if you expect timely delivery and a complete gallery.

It has now been over 7 months past the wedding, and the agreed deadline has not been met, with no completed gallery delivered. Despite ongoing communication and multiple promised deadlines, the delivery date continues to be pushed back without resolution. This ongoing delay has caused significant stress during what should have been a joyful and meaningful time. It has been incredibly upsetting to watch a dear friend go through this experience. I truly hope she ultimately receives her full gallery, as this day is so important. However, based on this experience, I would not recommend this photographer. I would strongly encourage future clients to ensure they are working with someone who honors their contractual commitments.

She's a wizard with kids and made the time we had with her so creative and fun for both my small children and us. We were worried about having to pose in so many different ways and that becoming exhausting and feeling unnatural, but she had us interact with one another and do things that felt natural to us as a family. And we got some really great shots! We needed our prints back quickly to hand out as gifts and she pivoted and got them to us extremely fast. My one complaint is I wish I had bought more photos but she told me that I can look through a digital archive and choose more, which is so so convenient. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience and I have recommended her to friends and family who have also had an amazing experience. We had an incredible experience with Sarahi for my maternity photoshoot. I had a hard time finding…read morea photographer who was willing to do a 30 minute shoot, as I really didn't want to do 1hr given how large I was. I was lucky to find Sarahi for this experience. She arrived on time, prepared, pointed out details (straighten my dress, husband to empty pockets), and directed us to pose, which was super helpful because we are both very awkward people. We got photos back in 3 weeks and they were incredible. I've found it to be easier to correspond with Sarahi via text compared to email.

She made no effort to make things right or apologize for us having a bad experience. Edited review: In 2019, I took my first born when he was 2 weeks old to Rebecca to get some shots for a birth announcement. We went in for a shoot, she said it would be a few hundred $ for the shoot. We didn't ask for it, but she really wanted to do a "classic" naked baby shoot with him asleep. We should have just said no thank you. In hindsight, this is obvious, but we ended up getting pee'd and poo'd on. We had to leave, as we didn't have any more clean clothes. She offered to have us back a week later, which was nice. We came back, and the baby was more cooperative. 3 weeks later, she has us come in and review the photos, they looked great! She wanted to sell us prints. We were only interested in the digitals, we should have asked about this before the shoot. We only found out that the digitals would be more than a thousand $ additional after the shoot. It left us feeling pretty sour because our baby was now 6 weeks old, and we had no choice but to pay her. The photos came out nice, and everyone loved the birth announcement, but I still think about the bad experience we had when I look at them. New: I've now hired professional photographers for all 3 of my babies, and I have context to be confident that there are better options elsewhere that include digital in their base price, and don't have a dated business model that assumes you are buying prints.

We've done studio sessions and we've done outdoor sessions, all with a different vibe. I think Sia's talent speaks for itself, just go take a look at her work. What is most special about Sia is her ability to connect with her clients, to make them feel comfortable, and to catch the special moments that you didn't even know were happening. If you've done photos with or without children, you know it can be stressful and sometimes you walk away worried you didn't get many good ones. Sia ALWAYS gets the good ones! Tried to book my twins for senior photos. After calling to make sure I follow the right procedure…read more I booked them back to back session. Two weeks later the bumped one to 3 hours later. The company has refused to reschedule them for a suitable time. There customer service is horrible and over seas. They have no idea how to actually fix the problem. All they do is offer later and later time slots.
