Honestly, where do I start?! I am obsessed with all our photos we have received so far from Onelove. Shannon was our photographer for our engagement shoot in October 2020 in Half Moon Bay and also did our wedding in July 2022 in Woodside. Shannon is one of the warmest and fun people you'll meet and we felt relaxed with her guiding us throughout both the engagement shoot and wedding day! Shannons second shooter for our wedding was Audey who was also an absolute pleasure to be around on the wedding day. We are waiting on our full wedding album, but I know it's going to be absolutely stunning. We loved working with Sara and our lead photographer Rachael! We really liked talking to Sara during our first zoom call and felt a connection to her and Onelove's overall vision. To me, hiring the right photographer was the most important part of the wedding planning process. Their portfolio had amazing photos and Rachael didn't disappoint! Anna, our Photography Coordinator, sent us forms to fill out ahead of time and she then created a photography brief, which included all of the shots we wanted, making the family portraits go quickly and smoothly. They were good about calling and checking-in right before the wedding to make sure they brought our vision to life. They let us be natural but they also made suggestions for various poses, which we appreciated. I found One Love on Instagram when looking at tagged photos of my wedding venue. I immediately loved that their photos captured natural and candid moments, and nothing looking overly posed or cheesy. After speaking with Sara, I knew we had to work together. I love that Sara has a network of photographers part of her One Love team, all trained by her to have the same aesthetic. During my wedding planning, I had an idea of what type Of photography I wanted. I was sending Out a bunch of emails a day asking for rates and for the most part, the photographers sent me their rates. However, for this photographer, she requested a phone conversation AND a Skype call with my Fiancé BEFORE she would tell me how much she charged. That's ok if that's the way you work, but for me, I knew what I wanted and needed to find someone ASAP and within budget. Working with Sara and our lead photographer Jessica was such an easy and fun experience! We were a little skeptical of the process at first, but after talking to Sara during our initial Zoom call, we knew immediately how experienced she was and she already knew which photographer was going to be a perfect fit for us...and she was right! Because Jessica took the time to get to know us even before the engagement shoot started, she was able to capture our true personalities during our engagement shoot, my boudoir photo shoot, and our wedding day. We got married in late July but initially started working with OneLove/ Sara in fall of 2019 for our engagement shoot. We had some fog related issues that were out of our control with this shoot and Sara offered an additional session for us to capture our engagement photos. This was such a nice gesture. Then, we had to postpone our wedding because of the pandemic and were assigned a new photographer so we did another photo shoot which was so great to be able to meet our new photographer before our actual wedding. On wedding day both the main shooter and second shooter were so great to work with. They were very attentive and handled the group well. One minor issue was it was a bit chaotic right after the ceremony but that's expected given how weddings and families can be. It would have been nice to have a more assertive person in charge to herd all of the people for photos. I was helping my friend plan for her wedding and she was raving about Onelove and I was so excited to work with them. Went to help my friend for her engagement shoot and they were both so nervous. The packages offered were clear and comprehensive, her online system was easy to use and very helpful. Throughout the planning process, I would get an occasional email from Sara with tips, fun quizzes, suggestions, and inspiration that I really enjoyed. She really cares about her clients. Best of all, on my wedding day she was amazing. At one point while getting ready, I found myself alone. I was in a bit of a panic and didn't know what to do next. We found out about One Love Photography through our wedding planner since we were having a Napa Valley destination wedding and are from the Boston area. It was important for us that we hired a photographer that wasn't super artsy and was just great at capturing special moments throughout the day. When we visited the One Love website we knew we found the right photographers to capture our wedding! We booked them for our wedding in September but decided not to have engagement photos because we wanted to have them taken in Boston. One Love was totally fine with this and reduced the cost for us since most of their packages include an engagement session. Most photographers recommend getting engagement photos done with them as a practice session and to get used to being in front of the cameras - but One Love didn't make us feel pressured at all and totally understood where we were coming from! We were paired with Lindsey, who instantly got rid of any nerves we had right away! She was such a pleasure to work with! Her personality was so genuine and enthusiastic that we felt so special the entire day! Every photo was amazing and we loved that we got a sample gallery (~100 photos) only 3 weeks after our wedding! The pictures are absolutely stunning and our friends and family can't say enough nice things about the quality of the photos. We have friends getting married this coming summer in Massachusetts that said they wish they could have hired One Love after seeing our photos! If you're planning a wedding in the Napa area - definitely check out One Love! You will not be disappointed! Note: We had two photographers booked for our big day. The plan was for them to arrive at 3 PM and leave by 10 PM - just enough to capture the important stuff! When Lindsey arrived at 3 PM sharp, she mentioned that the other photographer (who was scheduled to take pictures of the boys getting ready) had an emergency and would be about 1-2 hours late. She assured me everything was ok and that he would make up the time at the end which I was surprised to hear and honestly wasn't expecting given the circumstance. She also mentioned that she would go back and forth to make sure she captured everything we discussed regardless of being down a photographer. While you can't predict things like this to happen you just have to go with the flow and hope for the best! Less than 30 minutes later, we had a phone call to the bridal suite that the owner (Sara) had found someone to fill-in and photograph the boys! I was beyond myself and couldn't believe they went through all of this trouble to make sure our day went as smooth as possible despite the small road block. It got even better because when we got to the first-look location, the other photographer was there waiting! He only ended up being an hour late but still stayed the extra hour at reception so we were able to get some fun photos of everyone dancing! My husband even got a special photo of him and his groomsmen smoking cigars outside! Wow, what a fantastic experience we had and what GREAT photos! My fiance and I recently had an engagement session with Sara which went so very smoothly. Sara was a pleasure to work with and takes amazing pictures. She arrived prepared, with a gameplan, and with fun props for us to use. We worked with Mindy during our engagement shoot and for our "mini-mony" and although we missed her for our big wedding, Jessica and John still did a great job! Sara & her assistant Darcy did our wedding on May 1st of this year and literally created magic. From our first visit all the way to the end result Sara was a gem. I live in London, so was having trouble finding and interacting with photographers in Los Angeles, which is where I would be getting married. My now husband and I got married back in the beginning of September. A little less than a year before, I had researched and researched for local photographers for our Monterey, CA wedding. I was looking for a photographer that had a softer style and preferred photojournalism. That's when I discovered onelove photography which seemed perfect for us! I was able to get in touch with Sara the owner who also lived nearby, so we met in person to discuss details. She was kind, professional, and immediately said she knew someone on her team who would be the perfect fit, but would have to get back to us on if they were available on our wedding date. This was our first and only meeting with a photographer and less than 24hrs later, we decided to purchase the wedding photography package that included engagement photos. Fast forward to February and we met our assigned photographer Jeremy for our engagement photos. He was friendly, engaging, and we felt very comfortable with his work. The photos turned out lovely too. Then on the day of the wedding, we met up with Jeremy again as well as his photographer assistant for the day, Danya (who was also very nice!). Everything was on time, smooth, and I felt like I barely noticed their presence during the reception (in a good way), but all the edited photos I received prove otherwise. After the wedding, I felt a pang of regret that I never told them that I would love to have a lot of detail shots of florals, accessories, etc. but they surprised me by including plenty of them on our final list. I cannot say enough about how much I love Sara and her team at Onelove Photography. They were a joy to work with from beginning to end, and we could not be happier with our gorgeous wedding photos. We got married in my husband's uncle's backyard, so we managed every detail and every vendor, from the wholesale florists to the caterers to the portable toilets. We were blessed to get great service from all, but none were more professional, patient, fun and easy to work with than Onelove. Our photographers Jen and Phil were the picture of grace under fire--even when I was tearing my hair out moments before the ceremony with relatives hollering at one another in three languages, they had nothing but big big big smiles and words of encouragement for my crazy (and diverse and wonderful) family. They really captured spirit of our simcha and put everyone at ease. Best of all, we had our pictures almost as soon as we got back from our honeymoon! We could not have hoped for better. Sara's work really is as good as it gets!! She photographed our wedding a few weeks ago. My entire wedding party raved about how fun and easy going Sara was the day of the wedding. We were all blown away when we got the online photo gallery!! Such amazing, artistic work that captured our day perfectly!! Since I found Sara and Onelove on Yelp, I figured I should review her here too - Fantastic! She was so enthusiastic and positive arranging our engagement and wedding photography. And she carried that attitude throughout her work. You can see it in the photos and you could feel it in the way she worked on the day of our event. My mom was also very pleased with Sara on our wedding day - the way she dealt with the seeming infinite number of family combinations for the portrait portion, and then how she and her team virtually disappeared during the event, never in the way of any action, but completely captured everything, and captured it beautifully. We have received so many positive comments about the photos, how you can really see our happiness, as well as how artistic and beautiful they are. Look up "amazing" in the dictionary and you'll see Sara and her team. I had the best luck in finding OneLove to capture our love in our engagement photos and on our wedding day! Sara was so prompt and we instantly loved her- professional, kind, and so personable! Louisa kept us prepared and on track every step of the way- I beyond appreciated this as wedding planning can get a wee bit hectic. Jenn was our engagement photographer and traipsing around Venice with her was like hanging out with a best friend and we had the perfect mix of romance and fun in our photos. FF to shortly before the wedding and an untimely emergency kept Jenn from being able to shoot our wedding. Sara was ON IT and considering I had a few other last minute issues crop up with other vendors her promptness and professionalism was everything I needed at that moment. Ariel took the reins as head photographer and Lily was a wonderful second! Everyone loved them and commented how seamless they blended into the party (which is pretty hard to do when carrying a camera around) Our photos were even more than we were hoping for and I cannot recommend them enough! Sara ensured I was pleased with all of our edits and not many studios are as accommodating. We love OneLove and were lucky enough to shoot a mini session recently for our upcoming anniversary. Working with Sara yesterday was simply amazing. If only my writing were as incredible as her photos! I felt like she really captured who we are, and in the process made sure we had a great time! I loved seeing her "wheels turn" as she envisioned different shots and the magazine feel of our final product.
