I ordered a sausage cheese croissant with no egg. I can't even eat this. The bread is stale and burnt. It has egg

So I just left Dunkin' Donuts on Western ordered a sausage cheese croissant with no egg. I got a burnt stale croissant as you could see and it has egg on it so I cannot eat this. The service was good and fast. The the ambience of the restaurant was quiet and clean so I don't recommend anybody going here if you want other than Donuts. The donuts are fresh and soft and fresh but if you want to get anything else I would recommend that you go somewhere else.

Disappointing morning as I pull up to make a order, I mention one item and I'm abruptly responded to, "anything else!" I said yes?! I complete my order, im not told the total, then when I pull up to the window there is a man in flip flops that hands me my cappuccino. To my surprise it feels like just the cup(1/4 of the Med size is coffee, the rest was foam). The female that prepared my sandwiches didn't even use gloves. Waste of $12 Unprofessional and unsanitary establishment.

This by far was one of the worst customer service places I've had an awhile! The guy Eric at the drive thru was very rude and had terrible people skills! He acted like he hated his job and people in general. I can't believe they would hire people like that .I'm glad where I live in Mckinney, Tx the business there is well trained

Normally in Amarillo I am 100% going to go for Donut Stop, but my daughter really wanted to go here so I obliged. When we got there, there was an insanely long line which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It didn't take long to realize it was because they had two girls working on a SATURDAY morning. Right off the bat it is clear they are likely super short staffed & probably suffering from a poorly managed storefront. The employees working were painfully slow, frustrated and mildly rude. I get it, there is a line out the door, the drive thru was a mirror image and these ladies are probably over it. However, this isn't a diner... We are talking premade donuts and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. With 4 groups ahead of us, we waited a total of 35 minutes to reach the front counter. I am ashamed to have given them my money but at that point, it's a battle of the wills. When it was all said and done, our donuts were as miserable as the employees. We won't be back. Moral of the story, go down the road to Donut Stop where you will find fast service, good quality, friendly staff and fair pricing!

I mainly came here to get coffee one day when the motel ran out before I got some. I have loved Dunkin Donuts coffee since the first time I tasted it. They're Donuts? Not so much. This place is side-by-side with the Baskin-Robbins so you can get your donut and ice cream in one stop, LOL. I think I'll stick with their coffee.

Staff was insanely rude. Said they couldn't take tmobile Tuesday coupon when it was literally on the menu above their heads. Sugar free vanilla iced latte tasted like it was brewed 3 days ago.

    Strawberry rainbow sprinkle. Delish.

I got a cappuccino and savory colache and my friend had a latte and slice of quiche. Everything was wonderful! I got the set up with the cappuccino, that came with some sparkling water and two dark chocolate covered açai berries. The foam artwork on my cappuccino was amazing and the heart lasted through the whole drinking experience. my compliments to the artist! It really was lovely. If you need a coffee I definitely recommend this place! Also, there is an open air porch situation where you can bring your pets. There's also plenty of seating both in front of the coffee bar and behind where you can sit on a couch or bar and write your book. There are many outlets and it is cozy and intended for working individuals.

Living in Amarillo for about a week, I learned a lot about the culture of the city and its two…read moremajor coffee chains. I always find it interesting how many medium sized cities have a localized coffee chain that is so deeply rooted in the community. In Round Rock, it is Lamppost. In Amarillo, it is Roasters. There are quite a few Roasters locations in Amarillo, but the true OG is located off Georgia Street. I got there around 8:30 in the morning and it was capital B busy. Every table except one was occupied and the drive thru was wrapping around the building. By the time I got inside, I only had a short wait before ordering. I ordered a simple vanilla latte with oat milk in a medium size, along with a pumpkin spice muffin. For how busy it was, I was expecting to wait a while, but they churned drinks out pretty quickly. The barista even signaled to me to come grab the drinks for my girlfriend and me because I did not believe they had been made that fast. The coffee itself was pretty good. It leans on the sweeter side and is more focused on flavor than being espresso forward. It is clear why this place is such a staple in Amarillo. I also really liked that they had coffee sleeves that looked like Christmas sweaters and flannels for the season. It was a cute touch. It is a cute space and feels pretty traditional. One random thing I noticed was the pictures of Ronald Reagan on the walls. I do not know the reason or if it is some sort of long running joke, but it exists, along with books about Reagan scattered around the shop. There is only one single use bathroom, so on a busy morning it can take a bit if you need to use it. Every day, Roasters offers a coffee of the day on drip. I went to another location later in the week and tried it there as well, and it was good too. I think Roasters is a great option for coffee in the area and proves why it has been a staple for Amarillo residents since the 1990s. Regardless of the Reaganomics for whatever reason, Roasters can trickle down some coffee. RIYL: coffee and pictures of Ronald Reagan

I replied back in a nice but shocked manner "I'm sorry, what was that?" She repeated, "we're out of donuts"....I said "but that's literally all you do....the word donut is the first word in your business title". To which she replied "we have cinnamon rolls". I said OK, give. Me 3 dozen cinnamon rolls". She goes to the back, is loading up the cinnamon rolls and comes back and says "we don't have enough cinnamon rolls". I said fine, give me whatever you have... I had 1 of the cinnamon rolls and it was super doughy and messy cause the glaze flakes off...this is definitely a 1 and done for me.
