They have been out several times to "fix" it. All they have done is unplug and reset it. There is a terribly annoying beep that keeps going off every time we get a new error. It hasn't been right since install and now they want me to pay to have them come look at it because the labor warranty has expired. I get it and if this was a new issue I would have zero problems in paying them to come out, however that is not the case. The technician was very skilled and professional. The price was very fair. I had used them for the first time on a previous job where I had a problem with mini splits not working. The previous contractor who actually installed it could not find the problem. Dynamic was recommended by the manufacturer. They came out, inspected it, found the problem and made the necessary repair the next day. Again, a very reasonable charge. I am a happy customer and will continue to use them as the need arises.

In July 2024, the upstairs HVAC system in the home stopped providing cool air. Sean Lassen was contacted multiple times over email and phone to ask him to investigate the problem. He only responded to our inquiries when the builder reached out to him and asked him to contact us. Unfortunately, instead of going out to the house to investigate the issue (his website says he offers 24/7 emergency service but couldn't offer me any timetable to come out other than to say it would be several weeks before he'd have time) he offered excuses about being too busy, being too far from the location of the property, not having good employee support since COVID, and then mentioned that we would be outside our warranty anyway. I had another HVAC company go out to diagnose the problem and the builder also investigated the problem directly. Ended up having a different HVAC company install a new flare, reconnect the pipe, add refrigerant and test the system at a total cost of almost $1700. Lassen HVAC is completely unresponsive to homeowners, takes absolutely no interest or accountability for his workmanship and or responsibility for any corrective actions. Did I mention that we missed out on a couple thousand dollars in rebates when our system was installed too because he never got us the paperwork we needed?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The computer system needed to be replaced. He advised that it would take several days for him to come back and install.
