this company is significantly over priced and has had to come back out after EVERY time they have made a repair to "fix" the original repair they didn't fix the first time. not only that but they charged us $69 each time regardless of the repair. on the last repair, i complained about this issue and they said they'd waive the fee but they did not. after calling the office to get the $69 refunded, they denied the refund. don't waste your time or money with this company. they didn't take care of us and likely won't take care of you. read more

Ray literally saved our lives! Our apartment was 86 degrees and the air conditioning kept blowing hot air. I called the morning of and he arrived a few hours later. I noticed that my AC had gone out some time late on Friday night, and emailed Jose from Climatrol. The weather for the following Monday was forecast to be in the 80s - the first really hot day of the Spring, so I knew if I waited until Monday, I would be getting in line behind everyone else firing up their systems for the first time. Jose emailed me back at 3 a.m., and said he would be there the next morning. That's responsiveness! Sure enough, Jose showed up at 7:30, diagnosed the problem as a busted pump, fetched the new part, and had the AC up and running again by 10 a.m. I highly recommend Climatrol. BEWARE - Climatrol took advantage of my grandmother. They were called to correct a gas leak identified by the gas company. Climatrol said it was fixed. But the gas smell persisted and we called the gas company back. The leak was still present and we were informed that the leak was still dangerous. We called Climatrol back and the owner said he couldn't help because he was going out of town. We called another company that came out the same day who corrected the problem immediately. Climatrol has continued to harass for payment for work they did not complete. They took advantage of an elderly woman when she became ill and was hospitalized. Say NO WAY to Jose. They were fantastic! Jose called me within an hour after I left a message, giving me a time when he would come by and indicating that he would call me a half hour in advance. He called and showed up right on time. He explained the problem thoroughly and charged a fair price after diagnosing the problem and repairing the unit.
