The nurses are kind and empathetic and competent and educated. My rheumatologist, Dr. Rahmani, is exceptional. I don't remember the doctor's name, but he was very friendly and helpful. My second time at the clinic was for a sick visit. I couldn't get in to see my primary physician and this urgent care was my closest alternative. I checked in online and saw Dr Duncan 25 minutes after arriving on time for my appointment. 40 minutes after my appointment time, I was out the door. This is probably one of the quickest urgent care visits I've ever had. To be fair, the clinic didn't seem very busy that day (thankfully for me). There were some additional forms + copay payment to complete in person when I got there, but those didn't take long. They do ask for your credit card details on paper for any additional billing and I will be checking my bank statements for new charges. Front desk staff was kind and friendly. The nurse who took my vitals was thorough and so was the doctor. He was spot on with his diagnosis and I'm on the road to recovery with the medication prescribed. I refused, and received a text confirming cancelation. By the time I left there were many more people waiting to be seen. About an hour later I received an email confirming an appointment I never made, for 5:45 pm. I canceled, of course. Definitely not what I expected. This location is easy to find and had adequate parking and a large waiting area. If the waiting room got full I wouldn't want to be near anyone with a communicable illness, as the chairs are packed rather tightly together.
