Right now it's 12:00 noon and no one that was before us is here and we are still waiting. At this point i'm frustrated because I know it's almost lunch time and they will start taking breaks. I don't recommend this location at all, especially if you have an emergency. P.S. I don't remember the doctor's name, but he was very friendly and helpful. My second time at the clinic was for a sick visit. I couldn't get in to see my primary physician and this urgent care was my closest alternative. I checked in online and saw Dr Duncan 25 minutes after arriving on time for my appointment. 40 minutes after my appointment time, I was out the door. This is probably one of the quickest urgent care visits I've ever had. To be fair, the clinic didn't seem very busy that day (thankfully for me). There were some additional forms + copay payment to complete in person when I got there, but those didn't take long. They do ask for your credit card details on paper for any additional billing and I will be checking my bank statements for new charges. Front desk staff was kind and friendly. The nurse who took my vitals was thorough and so was the doctor. He was spot on with his diagnosis and I'm on the road to recovery with the medication prescribed. I refused, and received a text confirming cancelation. By the time I left there were many more people waiting to be seen. About an hour later I received an email confirming an appointment I never made, for 5:45 pm. I canceled, of course. Definitely not what I expected. This location is easy to find and had adequate parking and a large waiting area. If the waiting room got full I wouldn't want to be near anyone with a communicable illness, as the chairs are packed rather tightly together.

I looked at other options that were technically deemed in-network for my insurance plan and some were closed on Sunday. One of our visits was on Easter too. Why even bother with another ER when this place will bill in-network anyway? -Amazing nurses and doctors. Everyone is really nice and patient and takes great care of you. We've been there 3 times since November. Twice for my little guy (he was 1 during our first visit). She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course.
