I have seen two dentists and an endodontist since seeing Dr. Trent. I have learned the filling he replaced was not needed based off of X-rays, and the next filling he wanted to replace was not needed either. Both dentists said they would not touch my filling he claimed needed to be replaced immediately. Thank goodness I got a second opinion before letting him replace a second filling of mine. I was also told I will need a root canal because he damaged my nerve by replacing a filling that did not need to be replaced. The nerve pain I have been left with after trusting this dentist is monumental and affects my life everyday. I hope someone reads this before trusting this person like I did.

Plus, want to charge $173 for exam and xrays all because the office staff didn't do their job of verifying my dental coverage. I have insurance but turns out it's HMO not PPO. Was told I needed extractions, paid for partial denture to be made and ready for on extraction day. Three weeks after first visit & day before surgery they call saying they don't take my insurance! They should have verified that while I was in the office those 2hrs. Now I have a $700 partial I can't use until I find another dentist and they will probably have a different treatment plan.

I received a 3D X-Ray of my teeth, and spent approximately one hour where my teeth were constructed via a virtual image. I was able to see my cavities, plaque, gums, and other dental features that were vital to my exam. I received a very thorough cleaning and left the office with plenty of recommendations for my future dental care needs. Very genuine office doing honest work. They offer affordable dental care plans for those who do not have dental insurance (Basic plan was approximately $395 a year that came with two cleanings and an annual dental exam). Definitely recommend for those seeking genuine dental care!

Dr. Loveless with bridgeview dental in Austin, TX did not consult with me before shaving down my beautiful teeth sold to me by his assistant. I was never advised of risks, I was promised same size and shape as my natural teeth (I am 105 lbs and very petite mouth and teeth that was in no way taken into consideration for the final product), I was promised the same smile as I was very happy with it before this. I left the office with out-of-the-box veneers that the assistant ordered with no sort of customization. I was devastated walking out of that dental office with giant horse temps. I knew I had just made the biggest mistake of my life and has been hard on my mental and physical health since that day and caused me to be out of work for a year. I had 2 separate therapists working together for my mental health. I was so upset, he was willing to re-do them. I was left in temps for 9 months (and when the gum inflammation started) with no form of concern for my dental health unless I called and complained about the temps turning colors after 3 or so months and crushed my self esteem feeling like a problem patient to get what I was promised and paid 34k for. It has been so hard and expensive to get advise how to treat this and an overwhelmingly lonely journey. Please reach out to me if you have advise that can help reverse this damage to get my overall health back. My dental health was immaculate. My smile was beautiful. It is a decision I made that I have to live with, including all the issues that came with it. With all that being said he was pleased to let me know after my experience it is now their policy to consult patients with veneer inquiries and washed his hands clean of me by granting a refund and another dentist with no attention to detail and lost my original molds (Dr. Loveless did not scan my original teeth and I only 1 copy of the molds) took over where this is my final product. I had a lot of faith in both of the dentists that worked on me and very hard to trust anyone after this experience killing my spirit in many ways. I brush/floss/waterpik daily (former dental assistant) and religiously rinsing with RX mouthwash for temporary relief and my gums are still declining faster than ever. I do not wish this upon anyone and would like to spread awareness that unless veneers are your only choice do not proceed with this procedure and it should have more restrictions as a last resort. They gave me a treatment plan that included pulling the tooth and recommended crowns for almost all of the cavities. When I asked for more information about why I needed so many crowns, the receptionist blew me off, and when I asked again, she was very condescending and spoke to me like I was a child when explaining why she thought I needed it. I was taken aback but scheduled the one tooth removal because I wanted that part done. During the tooth removal, the dentist and assistant were very unprofessional and gossiped the entire time and seemed distracted, and even took a break halfway through while I was sitting in the chair waiting. After that experience, I decided to go to a different dentist for the rest of the work, and they told me I didn't even need crowns, I just needed fillings! They quoted me less than a third of the cost for the rest of the work. They also checked with my insurance first to confirm the work was covered. I later found out that Jester did NOT do that, because they just came back asking for even more money because my insurance apparently didn't cover some of their charges. When they first contacted me for more money, I legitimately thought it was a scam call because my phone registered the number as "probable spam", and Jester just texted a link demanding more money from an unrecognized number that, again, my phone labeled as probable spam. I sent Jester several emails asking them to confirm and send the link from their official email address, but they never replied. I just kept getting calls from the spam number, until they left a voicemail threatening to report the debt to claims. I would avoid this place and choose literally any other dentist.

I have been a patient here for close to 30 years. She actually let me do it once but after that she was totally against it. I Brought this up to my pulmonologist and he suggested that since most dentist/hygienists know little about lung disease and that I should find a new dentist. So I made a change as soon as I could . I suffered with being treated for serritia during my time there for several years. I usually felt rushed during my appointments but now I don't worry about that.

Excellent place to go if you have any anxiety about the dentist…read more I've had severe anxiety regarding anything dental since I was a child. I start shaking, even just sitting in the lobby. Dr Lane was so nice, calm and listened to me explain why I was so nervous. Very sympathetic and his team came up with an easy way to approach the dental work I needed (having not been in a while, I had some issues). Because of everyone's patience with me, and calm demeanor I am no longer scared to go! I can't recommend them enough for anyone with anxiety or even without.

Billie is giung on a temporary leave starting in May. I like van but it won't be the same. I entered the no cavity club. I just wish I didn't have to pay for nitrous every three months . It was exciting to enter the no cavity club.unfortunately, they didn't have earphones that fit my phone. Next time I will get each plugs. One of the things I like is that give you a mask for your eyes and a blanket to put around yourself. I get a squish toy and nice music. Thank you Dr . Burkhart for recommending him .
