I received an RF microneedling treatment here in August 2022 that left me with permanent burn…read morescars. I removed the original review I posted because the owners were hounding me and I wanted to ensure I received a refund. They did reimburse me for the treatment but my scars remain. That is why I'm reposting my warning. I'm devastated. Nothing short of surgical excision--which isn't ideal as it creates a smaller scar--can remedy the 2.5 inch scar under my collarbone. After a year and a half of using scar gel, it has flattened but is still hideously hypopigmented and gnarly looking. I can't wear anything lower than a crew neck and that absolutely sucks. I resent this clinic. I'm sure they will respond with the usual vitriol towards HONEST reviewers but I don't care. I have to live with these scars! The other RF service I received, Emtone for cellulite, did absolutely nothing. I mean, nada, zilch. I suppose I should count myself lucky but holy hell was it expensive. Highway robbery expensive. I also have hypopigmented burn scars on my neck and chin. The rest of my face healed ok after obsessive use of silicone sheets. I believe they are using after-market RF machines and/or the clinician is untrained. The pain during the RF microneedle treatment was EXCRUCIATING even after lidocaine numbing gel. I'm amazed they have not been sued.

From my first visit in October of 2025, Dr. Clement sat down with me for an hour & was open and willing to understand my dental concerns so she could map out a progressive treatment plan. Priscilla always makes me feel welcomed , whether I'm calling on the phone right before a close, asking for updates or in for treatment she has been nothing but high energy and all smiles. She even knows who I am/ voice when I call not hassling me with DOB b.s.! Dr. Clement is a very kind spirited person, high auras, down to earth, transparent eyes kinda vibe that radiates. Dr always has your best interest doesn't feel like a sale! During my last visit she came to greet me before my appointment, then she had her team complete some X-rays to see what was the best course of action regarding my dental treatment. The cherry on top there was when they offered neck pillows which I thought was 100% an elevated care experience. Then she turned me over to Priscilla for payment arrangements and further dental planning. Dr. Clement even gave me a hug on my way out the door and made it a point to see me before I left. She mentioned," Good you're still here. I have to say bye before he leaves." Just adding that personal touch and 1-on-1 relationship with her patients. She even went above & beyond to refer me over to some of her specialist(s) to check out a 2nd opinion prior to moving forward with treatments. During my time in the waiting room and even heard in treatment rooms shes personal & greets her patients by name! Which is all the more difference and sets her apart from my past practice. At Rainbow Modern Dentistry, it feels like family & you feel the genuine love and care especially in times of need as a patient. I had a dental emergency and Dr. Clement was in a large treatment when I called but Priscilla relayed my message to Dr. Clement and she mentioned "her current treatment may be a while so I'll tell her to call you back ASAP." Dr. Clement made it her commitment to call me back 2 hours after the practice had closed to discuss my possible treatment & schedule me for evaluation the next day. Even after missing her initial call she said she'd wait 15mins before she'd go home for the day. This office brings my dental anxiety down & I was comfortable enough to proceed with treatment because I felt like I had a dental team cheering / supporting me every step of the way! Her (Dental Hygienist) Priscilla is very sweet also & very educated in work with gums, teeth roots , etc. hence her job. But she was able to answer all my questions big & small and even offer toothpaste recommendations to keep up with oral hygiene. Even though our interactions were brief they were comfortable & educational. Dr.Clements dental assistants Reina & Loneisha are so patient & man are they full of knowledge. Reina was able to look at my tooth color & accurately match it to my current color to create my crown. My old office the assistants didn't really do much without the Dr.s direct supervision so kudos to this team! Treatment under general anesthesia with Dr.Lee the offices Oral Surgeon was done quick & pain free including post operative. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I hardly had to wait at all, which was such a plus. Once I was taken back, the dental assistant was kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist was thorough with my cleaning and also incredibly friendly. Dr. Clement was absolutely adorable -- she has amazing bedside manner and made everything so easy. She even completed my treatment the same day, which I was not expecting, but was SO grateful for because I'm getting ready to go on a cruise. I had a small chip on my front tooth, and Dr. Clement took her time to match the color perfectly and sculpt it beautifully, all without any novocaine. It looks fantastic! I was also fitted for a new retainer and night guard using digital scanning technology (definitely more modern than what I'm used to). The dental assistant was training a new team member during this process and was so kind and patient with them. Even though the scan was a little rough since it was the trainee's first time, they were so sweet and apologetic -- and overall, it was still a very positive experience. Every experience has been amazing, but it was my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Kamal that drove me to finally write this review. I was terrified going in. I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for 5-7 years because my pain tolerance is laughably low (getting my ears pierced was traumatic enough). I had to get all 4 removed at once to relieve some pain I was experiencing, and from the first conversation, the team completely reassured me. They went over everything, post-op plans, expectations, recovery tips and made me feel like I was genuinely in good hands. But even then, I had no idea just how committed they were to making this comfortable for me. The surgery? Flawless. I didn't feel a single bit of pain or discomfort not before, during, or after. I'm someone who cries at a paper cut, so to walk away from oral surgery without pain? Truly a miracle. I chose IV sedation, and it was so easy , i fell asleep, and next thing I knew, I was at home, pain-free and minus four teeth. Recovery has been just as smooth. No pain, no issues, and if there ever was a moment of mild discomfort, Tylenol took care of it. I went in for my post-op checkup and everything is healing beautifully.
