They also gave me detailed feedback on how she did during the bath and sent me some lovely photos, which I really appreciated. They also did a great job trimming the fur around her butt exactly as I requested, so she won't get poop stuck there anymore! The price was very reasonable too. The only small concern was that they were pretty busy around noon, so I waited about 10 minutes at pickup and there were quite a few dogs barking. Rifle came home a little tired, but she quickly became energetic and playful again, as kittens always do. And she smells AMAZING! Booking was super easy too. I made the appointment yesterday afternoon and was able to bring her in this morning. We'll be back in a couple of months!

We didn't know how he would react or whether he would be comfortable around people he didn't know. Thankfully, we found this place, and they have been amazing with him. He is completely comfortable here now and actually gets excited when we pull up, which says a lot considering how anxious he normally is. They've clearly taken the time to earn his trust and make him feel safe. Every time we pick him up, he's happy, relaxed, and squeaky clean. Finding a groomer you can truly trust with an anxious dog is such a relief, and we're very thankful we found this place. Highly recommend them!
