I love this place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everybody's friendly and service is always great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Just communicate with them and let them know what and how u want your dog to be groomed and styled and they will Do it with a smile. My 3 maltipoos love this place. Babies approved

Do not book with this company!! Not only did they not give the haircut that I requested, they also cut my puppy. As you can see in the picture. They also left a ton of lose hairs on him. As soon as I pet my puppy my hand was covered in hair. And not only that he had no scent like from the shampoo. Also [[HIGHLIGHT]]when I pick my puppy up he was shaking, scared and crying. And one thing about my puppy he is not scared of anything but he looked traumatized.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I honestly don't think you should book an appointment with this company. Never again. For the price I paid for I was expecting better experience.

I've taken my cat to Superidog for bathing several times, and they have never disappointed me. Took my Doberman here for a nail trim and gland expression. However, the groomer was not comfortable with our large dog and clearly seemed scared of our sweet boy. His nails weren't cut as short as the first time we brought him in and I believe it's because the groomer was scared of our dog who was skiddish but not crazy or fighting I noticed all the photos inside the place are of small dogs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Experience was fine but I won't be coming here again since the staff seems inexperienced/uncomfortable w bigger dogs[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

OH MY LORT! FINALLY A PLACE THAT GETS WHAT I AM ASKING FOR!!! My Zaya has been in search of her forever grooming place and I think we've finally found it!!! Asian fusion cuts are difficult to accomplish... and this place here- They can do it! Might be one of my favorite spots thus far. Located in the corner of a shopping center... plenty of parking. The place is cute inside as well. You can do some shopping for your small pet if needed. Highly recommend- fairly priced- good service- can't wait to come back.

I am extremely pleased with this dog grooming, location. I had been unable to take my dog to the groomer for quite some time because I have been in and out of the hospital for the last seven months so she was really overgrown and needed a lot of work. This groomer didn't complain or charge me extra for how much work she needed. They clipped her hair, gave her a bath and clipped her nails as well for me and she came out looking adorable. I am absolutely happy with the way things came out. I am going to recommend this place to my mom and my friends as well. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]My pet was groomed here and he seems to have been traumatized.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He's now deeply scared of hair blow dryer and will hide upstairs/downstairs under the bed if he anticipates someone showering will blow dry their hair.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He's never done this and has only recently done this. His anal glad expression also looks affected and darkened when it's normally a light color. His tail also has less hair surprisingly which a few family members have noticed to where I can see his skin on the tail which also looks red/dark. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer service was poor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The employee didn't explain what would happen during the grooming session.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She came out in a rush, weighed my dog, and took her straight to the back without any prior information.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to ask her about the grooming process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once I pick my dog up, nothing was said other than what my total was and then she handed me the receipt and left to the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The overall grooming wasn't worth $90 my dog still has an odor. Only giving this place 2 stars for the fact that they had same day appointment. HOWEVER, clearly you can see it was not worth it. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the groomer's work. We specifically asked to TRIM NOT cut ALL the hair around my dog's ears. We even showed my other dog's cut (done by another groomer) to show specifically what we wanted and to avoid confusion, which is to trim the ears and make the hair round around the head. This groomer CHOPPED all the hair off my dog's ears and head. It looks like he got his hair cut at home using a regular hair trimmer and NOT by a "professional". He looks like a homeless dog now!!! And to top it off they charged $105; that's $45 MORE than where I usually take my dogs ($65). It's ridiculous! If a business charges that much, I expect them to take pride in their work and provide top professional work. read more

Thank you to the owner Lulu and staff for turning an unfortunate circumstance into a stress free pleasant one. If you decide to take your furry baby to this establishment know that you will be in good hands. I took my dog Bentley here for a bath and cut, while getting a haircut he was nicked which caused him to need stitches. The owner handled this matter responsibly, and fairly . She acted promptly; contacted me and explained what happened she then offered to pay for his vet expenses. Also We weren't charged grooming service. They took accountability and handled the matter responsibly and fairly . They made me feel valued, they actually care about you as a customer. ethical with integrity and morals, this is the type of business i will always support. read more

We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

I chose not to continue patronage, but the offer and continued open communication was very appreciated. Original Review: This is the first time I've been to this location and decided to go here due to the large number of good reviews. They were able to fit my appointment in very last minute, less than 24hrs notice, super friendly staff, and lots of merchandise. Also great cut options avaliable for someone new, trying to figure out what a new groomer can do with a new client. Asked them to brush his teeth and grind his nails, to which they accomplished (at least his breath smells better). With that said, I was told they would contact me 20 minutes before he's ready for pickup, they did not. They messaged me when he was done. No big deal. When I picked him up, immediately noticed the uneven cut job. As we're driving home, noticed A BUNCH of dirt left in his coat. Makes me question if they bathed him, and if they did, they didnt do a good thorough job. Also started to notice the uneven cut throughout his body, from his stomach where they left bunches of fur, to his back, which seemed as though they used two sizes for razors. They cut him (most likely by accident) but just reinforces my suspicion that they rushed through his entire "grooming". For the $100 package, counting $15 for dental/nail grinding, I can't say I'm not disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Sincerely disappointed :( I will have to bathe him again, give him a complete haircut, and finish areas they didnt even attempt too, such as the hair under his nose going into his mouth.

When I spoke to the owner, I was told she was "hyper" and that they started right away, but the timeline and her condition didn't reflect that. Four hours for a bath, face trim, and shave-down is excessive. When we picked her up, she was extremely scared, her face was uneven, and she had small razor cuts. She's also scooting her butt and licking that area constantly. My husband's shorts were also covered in loose hairs -- unusual for a non-shedding doodle. Overall, the poor communication, questionable explanations, and low-quality grooming mean we won't be returning.

Gibby is usually pretty calm during the grooming, and the groomers handle him well. His "waiting room" is separated from the grooming area, probably to avoid stressing cats out with all the dogs there too? A full groom usually takes about 3-4 hours, which seems normal for the service. And, after the service he always comes back smelling so fresh and his eyes squinting like he's trying to stay awake after a nice spa treatment. This time I noticed they offer a blueberry facial for cats, so I added that on too. Gibby seemed fine with it, and it was a nice little extra on top of the usual routine. Price is reasonable, especially compared to other groomers we've tried. We keep coming back and don't plan on switching anytime soon!

We would have payed to have him bathed!! Also, per usual, they sent pictures of him supposedly having fun but never any mention of him having accidents. This will be the last time we will use this business as phone calls and email to talk to management yielded no response, so I guess they have enough clientele that loosing us will not be a big deal.
