Isn't this store just amazing! They offer bake goods specifically for dogs and cats. A self-service dog wash station is available, which is a brilliant idea. They provide the stall and soap, and you can bring any extras you need. No appointment is necessary, as it's first come, first served. Right next door is a full-service grooming salon where you can watch your dog being washed and trimmed. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and informative. There's plenty of parking available.

We love Club Mutt. The staff is always so friendly and they do a great job on our furry kids. I highly recommend Club Mutt.

Smelly dogs to cuddly dogs. They did well at the self serve wash but as frenchies, they both weren't big fans of dryer.

This was my first visit and took my two frenchies for a self-dog wash. Parking was plenty and location not hard to find, used Yelp directions. Used their self dog wash service. Amy was super helpful. I called ahead of time to see if we needed to book. It was first come first serve, which worked out well to avoid busy Saturdays. Place is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. Prices were super reasonable: it included shampoo, brush, ear cleaning supplies, and towels. They had dryers but my dogs don't like dryers (vacuum cleaners). For additional cost, they do offer nail trimming service but my dogs didn't need them at this time. Amy was super helpful all around. There was a waterproof apron so I won't get soaked. Took me 15-20 min to wash, rinse and towel dry each dog. The place had lots of dog baked goods that looked good, will get some next time. They had several hound dogs chilling, they looked super content and in a way, they created a calming effect for my two crazies. We plan to return in a couple of months! Definitely recommend the self-dog wash

I have been taking my dog to Club Mutt for over 10 years, he is over 13 years old now and they always do a great job. Candy is always friendly and they all do a great job on my boy, Tucker.

Our 15 yr old mini schnauzer has been groomed monthly by Club Mutt most of her life! They have always done a great job with grooming her and our dog loves going there. She is greeted by the groomers and the owner with much love and great care is always given during her grooming experiences there! I will never take her anywhere else. The owner Candy and all the groomers show compassion and love to the pets in their care. They usually have my dog done in under 3 hours.. and sometimes only an hour or so and they are done. Highly recommend!

Club Mutt is my favorite grooming place to take my now 7 year old pup. Lauren is my groomer of choice but everyone is kind and very professional. Candy the owner is wonderful and truly cares about all her clients and our pups. Charlie always looks great and smells wonderful after a visit at Club Mutt. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate last minute appointments if needed and are great at advising once your pup is ready for pick up. Charlie has been going to Club Mutt now for 6 years and I can't imagine taking her anywhere else. Whether you're looking for grooming services or self washing services look no further you found the right place. I recommend over and over again!

Freshly groomed pup

Can't express how great of a job this place does!! My pup always leaves happy and the groomers really listen to how I want his cut done. On top of giving a great cut, the staff is always so friendly. 10/10 spot--highly recommend!

Deku has been through a previous board and train, but I feel like that board and train mainly tackled his obedience, not his behavior issues. I let Ian know about all of this prior to boarding Deku and he made sure to explain his process with me. He also made me write down goals for Deku so that he can focus on them and make sure he tackled through them. I boarded Deku with Ian for 3 weeks and Ian made sure to send over progress pictures/videos every single day! I appreciated the content of Deku because that is basically my baby lol. There was a mid session where Ian taught me how to properly use the ecollar and showcasing what Deku has been up to the time he was with Ian. Deku was pretty much a different dog by the mid session, so it excited me to have him back after the 3rd week. The day I got Deku back, Ian showed me all of the progress and work Deku did and he was completely different. Deku stopped reacting towards people/other dogs and he was very obedient with following all commands! It's been almost a week now and Ian has checked in on Deku while he's been at home for the week and I also have follow-up sessions included in my service! I have been so happy with Deku is at! Before, I would be too scared to bring Deku out in public due to his reactivity/behavior, but I truly believe he is a completely different dog now, for the better! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Ian to EVERYONE. He is the real deal. I do feel like Ian knows how to connect with these dogs and emphasizes about how important relationships + communicating with your dog. Ian id the BEST!

That made a huge difference for us and for Ponyo. She's an anxious dog, and Ian has been so patient and intentional with her. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with and wants them to succeed in a way that builds confidence, not fear. He doesn't rush the process and really takes the time to understand each dog. We've seen such a big improvement in Ponyo, especially in how she handles situations that used to overwhelm her. We're beyond grateful for Ian and would recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective, real world training.

The facility is very clean, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about every dog in their care. The trainers are kind, attentive, and treat each pup like family, which gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we travel out of state, Dog Den is our first choice for boarding. We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. We also love the photos update that were given throughout the day. We highly recommend Dog Den to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their furry family member! The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

I had previously tried Board and Train programs at Sit Means Sit twice, but they didn't help with KB's anxiety at all. Tony was a completely different experience. What sets Tony apart is how thorough he is. He didn't just give commands; he constantly explained the "why" behind KB's behaviors. He was also incredibly supportive of me, helping me work through my own fears and nervousness. Because of his guidance, I can now actually play box with KB without the fear that he'll suddenly react toward me. We covered so much ground, including: * Command & Muzzle Work: Building a foundation of safety and communication. * Boundaries: KB used to be glued to my side whenever I answered the door. Now, he can stay calmly on the couch while I greet someone, and he stays indoors even when I go through the patio door. * Safety & Care: Tony was always so accommodating with scheduling. If it was too hot for an outdoor session, he would proactively suggest changing it for KB's safety. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed with your dog's behavior, go to Tony. He turned everything around for us, and I'm so grateful for the confidence he's given both me and KB.

Overnight boarding: you get a full webcam access to their suite whenever your pet is in there. The big dog area looks very spacious and the staff told me my dog LOVED the bath they gave afterwards. My dog is currently struggling to keep her eyes open after picking her up from boarding, so that's a great sign. My only gripe is the option for a bath doesn't come with a brush out or anything. Not even as an add on service. It's literally just a bath and they dry your dog in a kennel dryer. But for $30 on top of boarding, I'll take that bath option any day of the week and brush my dog at home.

After a previous negative experience, my fiancé and I waited several months before bringing our…read moredog, Posie, back to daycare. We decided to give this facility another chance because she genuinely loves playing with other dogs, and daycare seemed very different from overnight boarding. Before returning, we made it very clear to staff that because of our previous experience, we wanted to be contacted immediately about any issues involving Posie, no matter how minor. Staff assured us they would communicate with us, and based on those conversations, we felt comfortable trying daycare again. We had a few uneventful visits, but our most recent experience raised serious concerns and brought back many of the same issues we experienced before. We dropped Posie off around 2:30 PM for Day Camp. Around 3:55 PM, I checked the daycare cameras and noticed that she was nowhere to be found in the large playgroup area that we had paid for. Concerned, we contacted the facility to ask where she was. Initially, we were told that Posie had been placed in a holding area while staff handled transfers and departures. Later, a supervisor called us and explained that because Posie is "rambunctious," she had been separated into holding crates while staff completed other responsibilities. During the conversation, he stated that she had been there since arrival. This was frustrating because it meant our dog had spent a significant portion of her daycare visit separated from the group without our knowledge. Had this been communicated to us, we could have made an informed decision about whether daycare was the right fit that day. What was particularly concerning was that it appeared Posie's situation was only addressed after we noticed she was missing from the cameras and contacted the facility ourselves. While we were still on the phone with staff, we observed Posie being brought back into the play area on a leash. This left us wondering whether she would have remained in the holding area even longer had we not checked the cameras and called. When I expressed concern about how long Posie had been confined, the supervisor focused on correcting my estimate, explaining that because her drop-off was at 2:30 PM, she had "technically" only been there for about 90 minutes. The issue was never whether it was 90 minutes or two hours. The issue was that our dog had spent a significant portion of the daycare session separated from the activities we were paying for without any communication to us. What made the explanation confusing was that Posie has attended daycare here multiple times, and staff had always given us positive feedback about her interactions with other dogs. We had never been told she was disruptive, difficult to manage, or unable to participate in daycare. The first time her behavior was presented as a concern was after we discovered she had been separated from group play, which left us confused by the sudden change in messaging. Another part of the conversation that left me frustrated was when the supervisor told us that it seemed the facility was unable to meet our needs and suggested that perhaps this was not the right place for our dog. We had not yet spoken with management, nor had anyone attempted to address the concerns we were raising before suggesting that we take our business elsewhere. This also brought back concerns from a previous daycare visit. On that occasion, Posie came home with a wound on her leg that our veterinarian indicated was consistent with a bite or tooth abrasion from another dog. Thankfully it was not severe, but the skin was punctured and required monitoring. We were never contacted about the injury, and when we asked staff about it afterward, we were told there was no report of any incident occurring. That previous experience was one of the main reasons we stopped bringing Posie here for several months. We eventually decided to give the facility another chance because she enjoys socializing with other dogs and hoped the prior incident was isolated. Unfortunately, after this most recent experience, many of the same concerns resurfaced. Another concern is the overall level of supervision during busy periods. During our recent phone call, staff repeatedly described the environment as chaotic and explained that they were managing multiple responsibilities at once. As a customer, that left me wondering whether there are enough staff members available to supervise the number of dogs present while simultaneously handling transfers, cleaning, pickups, and other duties. Finally, during the last two daycare visits, Posie was returned to us completely soaked and smelling strongly of urine. We were told that staff regularly clean and mop the play areas, but both times we felt the need to bathe her immediately upon arriving home because of the odor. I am currently waiting to speak with management and hope these concerns are taken seriously.
