I rented a mobility scooter from the Grand Rapids office for one week. On the two days I used it,…read moreafter charging the batteries overnight, the scooter would only work for about 45 minutes then I would get a dead battery indicator. On the first day, on Mackinac Island, I stopped twice for an hour to recharge the scooter. The Grand Hotel was nice enough to let me in to recharge. The second day, at Grand Haven, I had to stop three times to recharge. Upon returning the scooter a day early, the staff apologies for the inconvenience and said they would look into a partial refund. A week later having not heard from the office I called them. My call was transferred and I was told that the scooter works fine and I would still be charged the full amount. Needless to say I would never do business again with Clock Mobility.

VAN LIFERS AVOID I…read morecalled a week and a half in advance to inform the shop of what parts I needed, and what was getting serviced on the van. When I brought my van in, the back doors would close reliably, just not seal 100%. The slider door was held closed by a ratchet strap. I wanted both doors serviced. Three days passed with no communication from the shop... I had informed them that it was really important to have my van completed by Friday, because I needed to leave Saturday for a three month work trip. I picked up my van Friday knowing that there was an issue ordering parts, and the parts for the slider door would come on Monday, too late to be fixed. I thought the back door would be fully serviced like I asked... Unfortunately when driving home, the rear door flew open at 55mph. They did not service the back door, and in fact, it is in significantly worse shape than when I brought the van in. Now the rear doors won't latch on their own, and both my slider and back doors are being held in by ratchet straps. Yeah just really disappointed overall, they broke my van worse than it already was and kept my van for four days. They did me dirty for sure!!!

I tried to resolve this with them directly but they simply walked away from the job and are now ignoring my emails. They also failed to provide any warranties for the installed product and have again ignored all requests to supply them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
